I purchased several of these during the holidays both for myself and to give as gifts for Christmas. The devices are really too small to expect a lot in the way of sound out of them, but they do sound pretty good all things considered. Once multiple Dots are set up as speaker groups in multiple rooms is when they really start sounding better.

Most evenings after dinner we have so much fun asking questions on world issues and laugh so much with family. Please get one, it is so cheap and you get your money's worth.

This is our second Alexa Dot and we have really been loving having these around our house. We use them for two main things: Turning lights on and off and MUSIC.

I love the Amazon Echo Dot all over my house and I can play music together in all of them. Gives the theater vibe. Using a lot for a newborn white-noise machine for now.

The Echo Dot does a lot! My kids play games with it. I use it for reminders and for my Prime Account. She plays all my music, and the kids ask her word definitions and questions on how to do things.

Love the dot. We can move it to any room in the house and listen to music etc. We use it outdoors when the family comes over. The kids love it

I use this all the time as an extension of my other Alexa. We have some lights connected to it and we were yelling from one room to the other. This fixed that!

Replaced my older Dots with 3rd generation Dots--the speakers are so much better, and when I saw "Alexa, music everywhere!" the sounds in my house are fantastic.

Easy set up and my teenager love it! The love connecting to their TVs and i love it alerts me of my packages arriving. Easy set up!

I got one for me and two more as gifts. They are so easy to use and have great sound quality

Bought this device to help with extra alerts that sound through my home when my ring capture anything in the front, back, and front door reached. Did it’s job and it’s not expensive

My daughter bought this for her room and absolutely loves it. We ended up getting another for the living room. Great price and makes for fun dance parties with the kids.

I really love this Alexa speaker! Are use it in the morning before heading to work while I’m in the kitchen cooking or cleaning great speaker overall!

Sound has more bass. Design fits in with decor better

The sou d out of the Echo Dot is pretty good, but not as strong as the Echo. I am using this to connect to my bluetooth speaker and I am very pleased with how well it is working.

I like it! Initially i had no interest. But then i got into the grove of speaking loudly to Alexa to request music play. Alexa pairs nicely with Amazon music subscription. Now that i no longer have said subscription, Alexa isn't as useful.

Very easy to use and even easier to set up! The days of having to walk upstairs to tell the kids to come down for dinner is over! I can now just drop in on them.

This little device is as good as or better than any speaker I've ever owned. And it answers questions!! Just a really cool thing that hardly cost anything!

I think I have one in every room of my house. Privacy freaks are probably going crazy thinking about this but I don’t mind because of the convenience of controlling my smart home.
