I find the sound quality excellent for what it is. Very convenient, say what you wish and it does it, close to being like a genie in a bottle, but more wishes.

Love it. Sounds great and it just adds another piece to my collection. I love cleaning the house and hearing music in every room I go in, including the garage.

I have two full size and this was ideal for our enclosed porch. Uses small footprint with plenty of sound to fill the room.

My 87 year old father uses this device to navigate through offered streaming services due to having difficulty using the television remote.

I love Amazon Alexa. Just like I love the fire tv that connects to it. I have two alexas and it’s a pretty neat device. I play music on it quite often.

She plays whatever music I ask her to play. She tells me the weather, can tell me a joke, she can make telephone calls, turn on lamps with an optional smart plug, etc.

The Echo Dot is perfect for home automation and perfect for kids bedrooms. Pair it with a smart plug and turn on / off a number of devices with ease. “Turn off the bedroom light” Goodnight!

a lot easier if app installed first hard time to find wifi also, but once working its a nice piece of tech very useful, have ROOMBA attached and schedules cleaning appointment times with alexa.

simple, priced right. I installed this one out in my shop since I'd grown so used to having Alexa in my house. I found myself missing "her" in the shop. :)

I am just beginning to understand the capabilities of our Echo Dot, but it’s been a great kitchen, morning and music companion that saves time in many ways for our household.

You can control everything in the house that’s comparible with alexa with just talking to it

I have one in every bedroom. Great for alarms, music our just asking your smart device to do something smart.

I gave it 4 stars as I have not really used it as yet. I already have echo dots in each room of my house and this one came bundled with my purchase of the echo show. Never-the-less, I am sure it will deliver the same, if not better performance as my other echo dots. I will come back and update my post as soon as I use it.

I am a gadget freak and I love this! So easy to set up and use. Makes automation of small tasks a piece of cake. Add in a few smart plugins etc. and you are ready to rock. Easy Peasy!

Convenient speaker. I use it at my work desk to play music or podcasts through the work day. Sometimes it can sound a little fuzzy though. Sometimes it doesn’t “listen” correctly.

For the money it’s great. I use it for a music speaker but also it controls some lights in my house and pairs well with Amazon plugs and Sengled light bulbs.

I love it! I upgraded to the echo show but use this as well in another room of the house!

The Echo Dot is pretty cool little device. My grand kids love that they can tell Alexa what song to play. There is 4 of them all yelling at it and somehow it does what they want. My only complaint is it sometimes changes the channel on my Fire TV even though the TV is in another room.

with alexa you never feel alone, you listen to music, you can call without dialing alexa does it for you, it wakes you up in the morning, this little device is great.
