a lot easier if app installed first hard time to find wifi also, but once working its a nice piece of tech very useful, have ROOMBA attached and schedules cleaning appointment times with alexa.

I like that I can tell it to set the timer when I’m cooking, or check the weather, and of course to play music on. My daughter loves telling Alexa to play her music on pandora.

I like amazon product, good sound quality, j bought two and i paired them, with the option of controlling lights i really cant live with it, i recommend it

My "Alexa" is awesome! It helps me out with a lot of tasks such as looking up information, scheduling appointments, setting up reminders, and lots of other thing. Love it!

What to say about an Alexa...? First, the sound on this is pretty darn good for such a small speaker. Second, Alexa is a VERY handy tool that can connect to everything from your Google account (reads emails, adds to your calendar, etc.) to scores of "skills" that you can enable. Take some time on the website for Alexa and start scrolling through its abilities that you can activate. It's really pretty impressive.

I'm having a lot of fun with my new echo Dot 3rd generation. This was part of a bundle with my Ring Pro. Now I would like to have one in each room! Great sound quality for such a tiny speaker.

I honestly cant tell you what the difference is between the last generation other than the very nice new design. This was a gift with a purchase and now i want to replace all of our dots to match!

Awesome...I use it to control my bedroom lights when I fall asleep while working on some things and don't want to move. She turns them off. Also use for Pandora

I have purchased a few of these over the past few years, some for myself and some as gifts. Alexa is a lot of fun and when integrated with smart devices can be a convenient feature in the home.

Better than the 4 in my opinion for 1 reason alone, you can use a wall holder to keep everything tidy and close to the wall - I have 4 of these in my home.

The Echo Dot is great! I have an Alexa device in every room. However, I got this with the included colored light bulb - that thing is a joke, never connects to Alexa - basically just throw it away, its junk. The Echo Dot on the other hand is great

We ordered a dot and put it in our son's bedroom. We already have quite a few Hue bulbs throughout the house but we plan to add them in his room also. Alexa is a great companion for the home!!

for me, this is very convenient coz i can communicate to Alexa and gives answers to my requests and questions.

I use mine for music, news, weather, jokes, & entertainment. However I dont allow it to make phone calls or order online. Call me chicken or old-fashioned but trouble follows me. Lol

Our family loves our echo dot. We use them all over the house to listen to music. I live the drop in feature so I can check on my kids.
