Got it for free with another purchase and having fun asking it dumb questions . Good for playing music. Still wonder if someone is monitoring me- no I'm not paranoid but just saying.

Can't go wrong with an echo. I use this to set alarms and has me up with no problem.

Great miniature Alexa device. Fits in small spaces.

This is the first Amazon Echo Dot that I have purchased. I like to use it for basic things like checking the weather and asking questions about things that I would otherwise would have had to look up. I haven't used it to hook up to any smart devices, at least not yet. It works well. Pretty decent sound for a small speaker.

This is my go to for quick questions, weather, time, or to simply play my fave music at the drop of a dime. There’s not much to can’t ask Alexa, she’s the best by far.

She plays what I want when I want. I love the fact that she tell jokes too. you can check on you amazon orders to your notifications. This is a great product all around.

We love Alexa and it works well.My children enjoy talking with Alexa and asking million questions.it was really good deal .

This sound quality on the newer generation easily blows the previous generation out of the water. Its' almost comparable to the Echo Show (not quite there yet).

I’ve enjoyed being able to use this to control my lights and to also listen to music by just speaking.

Awesome little device, very useful, small so you don't really see it much. Alexa is the best of the AI's in my opinion.

Works as expected. Syncs great with other smart WiFi capable devices in house. Didn’t realize how much you use it until you have one.

I really like the difference this speaker puts out verses the 2nd edition. I had to purchase extra speakers for the 2nd edition echo dots. These sound good right out of the box

Surprisingly crisp sound for such a little speaker. Plays music in a living room sized spaced pretty well. Alexa is a little annoying though or maybe I’m not utilizing her correctly but whenever I tell her to play a song she usually plays the wrong song so I just opt for manual Bluetooth from my phone.

Works well with everything smart home related very smooth operation even use it to play white noise at night to help me sleep

This is my 4th Echo Dot - 3rd Generation. Use is everyday for a variety of things such as the temperature, time, music, math calculations, definitions, spelling, reminders, alarms, etc. It provides me with notifications of Amazon deliveries, weather warnings for my area, predicted upcoming weather, jokes, etc. I have them scattered around the house so I can use one no matter what room I'm in.

We love it and easy to use but she sometimes does not understand love that when we ask something in Spanish she understands. Love the functionality.

The sound from the speaker is so much better than Gen 2 it blows you way. The only thing I could ask for is more mics to hear me better. There’s only four instead of seven on the Gen 2

So far so good! The voice recognition is better. I don’t have to say Alexa multiple times for it to work. This one hears me everytime, the first time. The sound is much better so far.
