We own a 1st and 2nd gen, and this one beats both of them in regards to sound quality. Like, it's not even close. Everything else generally seems the same. Good product.

I love this thing. It is very fun and easy to use and set up. It does have the option to contro your lights with your voice if you don’t have a bridge. You have to find the certain ones they aren’t that expensive in my opinion. I have the TP link ones and they are bright and change colors well with voice. This thing is loud when the volume is up. And it’s not like the echo 2nd gen in terms of bass but there’s enough.

I really like this device, it’s easy to setup. I use it for my smart plug in my bedroom and it works great. Definitely would recommend this device.

Love it! We have ours on the kitchen, and can easily make grocery lists, listen to music, ask for measurement conversions, etc. Handy little device!

I got this for hands free music for when I am on the treadmill. Great sound. The mics are great. They updated the echo for th closest one to answer. Which is great.

I got this because it was free with a Show 5 I bought, So naturally it was free I took it. I just have not used it yet, I thought it would be cool to have it in my Kitchen or dining-room. But i never used used it. But let me tell you the Show 5 I got it used a lot, I use it to entertain my 19 moth old son he loves the fact I can talk to the thing and it will show videos and play music.

I really love it!! When I first got this I was skeptical but I ended up getting multiple and changing my whole home into a smart home with adding lightbulbs as well.

Does a good job at understanding en English but not the best with other languages. Sound is clear but not as loud as I'd like. Great addon to a sound system or bigger speaker. Great for small rooms where the volume works just right.

I love Alexa , I found it easier to install than google that you can get overwhelmed with the instructions, the sound quality is better with Alexa for the speakers than Google. But at the end of the day you have severely lack of options when compare to the Google Mini, come on is Google at the end of the day!

I purchased this for my daughter to listen to music in her room. She loves it and I would recommend it for bedroom size rooms.

A purchased the 1st generation echo. and loved it and just purchased the 3rd generation and love it as well great for the price very user friendly and easy set up

I got the Alexa for my dad so he can hear music it has a great sound for something so small I will like try it for other things she can do a lot just have to learn how

This Alexa has been helping us since day one. Reminds mom about her meds and answers many questions. I love it.

I like the Echo Dot very much, it plays music, it answers questions, it finds my phone for me, I feel like it was money well spent

I love my Amazon echo. It is easy to set up and use. It does have to be connected to a power source in order to use but that is okay
