Does a good job at understanding en English but not the best with other languages. Sound is clear but not as loud as I'd like. Great addon to a sound system or bigger speaker. Great for small rooms where the volume works just right.

Very good product, works going withother devices in the house

Pretty cool upgrade from the last model. I purchased for my daughter but I ended up using it as well. I connected it to my Hue lights and it turns them on with voice commands.

First time Echo user, and was very easy to connect. Have hooked up lights, switches, and door lock already. Speaker does a decent job playing music for it's size.

Not bad. It works better than our Alexa Show. When we are in the kitchen with the Alexa show and ask her to do something, this Echo Dot will be the one to respond all the way in the living room. annoying that this cheaper item works better than the more expensive one.

Easy set up, you don’t have to scream for Alexa to hear you. I love it so much, I bought one for each of my kids for Christmas!! Highly recommend!

The echo dot was a gift with purchase. It’s very easy to set up, and far more useful than I realized. I use it to set timers, play music, get the news, etc.

We now have five of these in the house and love them. They are great to integrate with smart home features, kids asking homework questions, asking for a timer, and of course music.

My daughter is in love with this . I get a kick out of Thai when she asks what is the weather . SIRI is not always dependable. Great price !!!!

Love the Alexa products, you can sync them in together on your Spotify playing all speakers at the same time, it’s easy and a fast responses!

I purchased a TV at Best Buy and the Echo Dot was included with the purchase. Thanks Best Buy! I love it! All you need to do is plug it in, get the app on your phone and follow the prompts. It is very easy.

For $25, you can't go wrong. These things go on sale often enough that there's no reason to buy at retail. It works well; my kid uses it in his bedroom for music and loves it.

I’m mostly a google guy but have a few echos around the house as well. They work great for what you buy them for. Not as smart as the google hubs but does the trick.
