It can be quite entertaining to ask Alexa random questions. I primarily us it for playing Pandora music in my garage. The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired but it is functional. I would assume the bigger, more expensive units might have better sound quality. If so, maybe worth the added expense.

The Amazon - Echo Dot (3rd Gen) - Charcoal is a fantastic product. It was very easy to set up and get going. If you have an Amazon Prime account, this product is a must.

this thing is great. love how it can tell me stuff like the weather and news. checks emails and if I have calendar notifications. we've played games on it also.

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’m now in control of lights and plugs in my home. Plus Alexa is a great asset in home situations as well as answering questions.

New Dot is a great upgrade from the previous versions. The speaker granted is not a Sonos , however it does provide great sound. Style was improved to fit in with decor.

At first I was skeptical because having something that is constantly listening to you. However it is neat to set alarms and reminders from verbal commands.

Surprisingly great sound quality but that depends on where you place it. I mainly use it to turn the lights on and off with Phillips hue.

Kids loved them and we ha e them set up already. Alexa offers many conveniences for our family. My favorite setting is the announcement.

Amazon has greatly improved on the audio quality with the 3rd generation dot. While not a high audio speaker, for the price, the performance is quite impressive.

What can I say, Alexa is great voice assistant. Works great. Have one in almost every room. My only issue is that if I ask her to skip too many songs she won’t play anymore music and will have to reset her. Has happened twice. Maybe it was my internet. Will see if this issue continues.

I added another Echo Dot to my collection. They are so nice for convenience with my smart home and now I use them to monitor my home while I’m away using Guard.

It has decent bass response and sounds good overall. Not as good as the echo dot 4th gen or the new 5th gen. But it came free with the purchase of a new tv so can’t complain

I love my echo dot, there is so many different things you can do with this. It’s my alarm clock, radio, news station and so much more.

Bought this to be used with my Fire TV so I could turn on and off the TV after I have gone to bed so not to fumble around with the remote!

This one is a great addition to my existing amazon echo dot, amazon cube and Sonos. JUst needed another one for a bathroom and love it because the audio is much better!
