The sound quality is pretty good. I got this for free but would otherwise not have purchased. I don't like that it has to be plugged in at all times. The app that is required for setup is not very user friendly.

Fun device, good value, clear sound. Good company when alone and bored. Play music during meals.

A friend came from out of state for a visit and felll in luv with my Echo Dot (2ndGen) so I bought her one for her birthday. I have 4 (2nd gen's)

I have three of these. They work great!! I like the design of these much better than the round look they have now.

Great addition to our Echo Plus. We have this in the bedroom and use it to control the lights, thermostat, and to play games/quizzes. Highly recommend.

We like our Echo Dot quite a bit. From using it with Audible to asking what the weather forecast is, the Echo Dot does it all. The latest trick is to use the Echo Dot with our Ring doorbell as a way to know that there is movement at the door or that the doorbell has been rung.

We use this as our outdoor speaker on the patio and we love it. Plus , for whatever reason , it’s not as glitchy as our Exho that’s in our common area

I have a Echo Dot and a friend wanted one also so as a gift I purchased a Echo dot at Best Buy at a very reasonable price.

Even better than the original. This is my fourth echo device and it just keeps getting better. The sound quality is improved and it works as expected.

I have two second generation echo dots. This was my first 3rd generation, and there was a noticeable different in sound quality. I have nothing negative to say. I had been so used to the 2nd generation dots that it was a pleasant surprise to come into this one on Black Friday.

We purchased three of these. They are pretty easy to set up. Easier than the off branded bulbs and outlets we purchased. It saw them pretty much right away. Sound on them is excellent. Maybe we mumble, but occasionally they don't hear us. We have gotten used to just blurting out what lights we want, and not directing our voices, so that may be the issue.
