Not as great with trivia and questions as you would hope but we have several. i have gotten to where i almost ask alexa in various places about the weather or time and realize i am not near an alexa.

I like the looks of the 3rd Gen Dots

Great unit Got it free! Seriously it performs fine

And I had no plan to buy one nor do I have/have I ever used a similar wireless speaker. Seems fine I live in a small 250 sq ft studio so it is a very good fit for my situation.

3rd gen Echo Dots. Affordable whole house music

I decided to buy the 3rd gen because I wanted the charcoal color with the black ac cord. I read that the 4th gen charcoal echo dot comes with a white cord! Also, I read the audio quality of the 3rd gen is slightly better than the 4th gen echo dot. I paired 2 dots for stereo and Bluetoothed a bassy speaker to round out the sound... All dots are added to the Everywhere group for whole house sound... Very nice sound for an affordable price.
