I have this one in my office and the screen downstairs in the kitchen. I use the dot to communicate to my family thru the echo screen. Very combiner for everyday tasks. Bought my mom one also

Pretty neat

Took only a few minutes to set up my thermostat, security system, and music services. I only wish Alexa was a little smarter with simple things. Asked her to play 90's music on Pandora and she kept playing country based comedy???

Great for the bedroom!

We chose this one specifically for the bedroom. Now we can listen to music when cleaning and see the time. Best feature is the display. When you turn off the lights the display dims. You can still see it but it does not blare at you when you are trying to sleep. The only flaw which I find with all of the Echo dots is that somethings the mics don't pick up your voice or it is sometimes slow to respond. I would still recommend this devise to everyone. For a small speaker the sound sounds great!
