Great Product - BT connection could be better

Only things that can be improved are: 1) Sound is pretty echo-ey unless its in center of the room, and 2) Bluetooth connection to phone could be better (have to reconnect every time). Thanks!

I purchased from Best Buy, along with some other items, to gain reward points. Which didn't matter because I didn't get to use my reward certificate because it expired so quickly.

Worth the upgrade from a regular Echo Dot

Add to that decent sound from a crazy small footprint and this one is a winner. Worth an upgrade from your run of the mill Echo Dot.

These refurbished versions work just as well as a brand new one, and we saved a bit of money! We have routines set up throughout the day to keep the music playing, and then we can hide the dots and turn off the mic (for the clients who might worry about Alexa recording their meetings). It's been wonderful!
