It talks to you when your not talking to it. Makes me wonder just whose listening. ???

Recognize voice from any where in home and responds. Nice charcoal design. Sound output quality is not that great. I always connect to external speaker for audio output

Good sound

These refurbished versions work just as well as a brand new one, and we saved a bit of money! We have routines set up throughout the day to keep the music playing, and then we can hide the dots and turn off the mic (for the clients who might worry about Alexa recording their meetings). It's been wonderful!

Very easy to set up and use I seriously recommend getting it especially with the smart plug and the lightbulb.
