Alexa...tell them how great you are... I listen and sound excellent if I say so myself. I am small but if you connect some external speakers to me and you have a vibrant sound system of the future. Buy me and live like the Jetsons.

This is a simple to setup and integral tool for use in home automation. I have it controlling lights, a smart TV, soundbar, garage door & door locks. The speaker is decent in a small space. It is also a great source for getting internet answers to questions.

All I can say is I hope the jokes get better but it can’t bring a smile love asking about the weather the tires and controlling lights playing music is OK I bought a Bose that has Alexa in it to get a little better sound but overall good stuff thank you very much

This isn't my first purchase of the Amazon Echo Dot, they are an awe some product. I own many other of this product and my house is filled with quality sounding music everywhere, and easy to use Amazons Alexa service.

I really enjoy this Echo Dot (3Gen) it has a really good sound and is very easy to use. I play it daily, and never really have any issues. I try and keep it simple, echo dot make me able to do so.....I recommend getting a Echo Dot. Price is right too.

Fast set up and so much fun to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is super easy to move around when needed. I had a block party and put it in the garage. Was great to have such a variety of music available for my party. Sound is great, too!

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it so much the sound is excellent and Alexa does every command that my daughter ask her to do the Amazon echo dot 3rd generation is the perfect gift for any one looking for one i recommend it

This Echo Dot is perfect for putting in different rooms of your house. For $18, I purchased 3 of them. I love having one in my garage too. It was easy to connect to a larger tower I already purchased and the internal speaker is plenty for any room.

Was confused between Google mini and this but having viewed lots of review online. I have decided on this. Got this on sale but could have bought one more so that I could create stereo. Sound quality is good, setup is breeze. I have it connected with my wyze and Philips hue and completely satisfied.

I love the amazon echo's and have so far purchased three. I have had some difficulty getting them linked together, but otherwise I enjoy the ease and convenience of having them throughout the house. Alexa's voice controls have gotten better since the first generation and that has been a HUGE plus.

This is a great small smart speaker. I was just blown away by its sound quality! Moreover, I can use it for pretty much anytime, from reminders to playing music to controlling my lights and cameras around the house etc…

Purchased this for my 14yr old daughter and she absolutely loves it! Quality is great, Sound is surprisingly good for its size, and couldn't possibly beat the price!! Very easy to use, and extremely helpful with entertainment/ productivity around the house!

I bought this to use with my Ring alarm system and doorbell. It can be a chime for the doorbell, and a great way to turn on/off the alarm. It also has a Guard mode that activates when you tell it you're leaving, which will listen for glass breaking or alarms when you're gone and notify you.

My friend gave me this for Christmas and it’s awesome, it plays music it sues my dogs, it turns on my light, it sets the alarm, it sends me a reminder fantastic product

We have like 5 or 6 of these, I lost count!! haha They are perfect size, perfect shape--we love the hockey puck style and will be sad to have to upgrade someday--and they sound great. We have several different colors of them.

If you are like me and have never had a smart speaker of any type this is an excellent device to start with. Amazon's 3rd generation echo dot come with improved sound and better microphone than it's previous efforts. The far field microphones will pick up speech even if not in the same room. The speaker itself is full of sound and bass. If plan on getting multiple echo dots you will be happen to know that you can group multiple dots together to have them play the same music, podcast, audiobook, etc. The list of features do not stop with audio playback, the echo dot is capable of controlling smart home items such as light bulbs, thermostats, locks, etc. all done though set up in the Alexa app. In short there are many things that this small speaker can not do, if you decide to pick it up you will be happy.

The product does as advertised and was easy to setup. Speaking to and activating the device can be done using your normal tones and speech patterns, for adults. This is where the fun starts. My daughter yells at the device and it doesn't respond, and that's enjoyment for her brother and i. alarms can be set with the app or speaking (normally) directly to the device. Be careful what you say around the device, it will respond/react. I would recommend this to a friend, especially to torture others.

Amazon Echos now support multi-room audio, thus I’ve been filling my home with echos to achieve whole home audio without having to wire speakers throughout the ceilings. The Echo Dot 3rd generation blows the socks off the 2nd generation as far as sound quality. Once I connected it to my Everywhere group, it pumped out bass notes and audio so real that I thought this can’t be coming from such a small Dot. Compared with the 2nd generation that now sounds like an old AM radio, this 3rd generation really sounds incredible.

We purchased two Echo Dots when they were on sale. The small size allows easy placement. The sound quality is good considering the size. We especially like the "drop in" feature that allows communication between rooms. We are happy with the purchase and the ever increasing functionality of Alexa.

The newest version of the dot doesn’t seem as cheap and disposable as the last one. This unit is good looking and appears to be a little larger in height and width than the last also. The biggest improvement is the speaker. It sounds 10 times better and even is able to play some lower bass tones now!
