You can't beat the price. It sounds good and you can;t beat the price. If you want more sound go fo the bigger echo dot 4th gen or the more expensive studio. Most people would just love this one. Unbeatable price.

Bought this for my wife as an add on in the house. Located in the kitchen we it linked with Alexa in the living room. Once you get used to using it, they are awesome. Small footprint easily placed anywhere in the kitchen.

Better than expected sound and very useful. Answers almost any question and good for reminders. Can connect to most Amazon products like Ring Security through Bluetooth. Downloaded the app and set it up easily. Highly recommended for starting a smart household.

Great little device. We use the smaller ones in bedrooms for kids to listen to music, set alarms, reminders, and messages without having to yell across the house.

I can't help but say this is one of the greatest products I've ever purchased. The sound is amazing and so reliable, able to take it with me wherever I travel to. I highly recommend this product as a great gift for the holidays.

My 4 year old son really likes this. Easy to install and the voice or music are really clear. My son keep using this to play his alphabet or kids music and he keeps on dancing and playing to his room and I got this for free with purchase.

The price is right and the product is great! I remember years ago, being at my friends home. They had music in their kitchen. 20 years ago, having music in the kitchen was not common. It was special. They had a wonderful sound system installed, it couldn't be seen, but it was heard. Fast forward 20 years. I live in a house where the previous owners wired it with Bose speakers on all levels and outside. It sounds great for sure... but what an expense!!! I use it, but not everyday. Instead, I use my echo dot speakers. Just say what I want to hear, and the house is filled with music. ... Just yesterday, I had the sound of birds calling...just quiet enough so that it sounded like they were outside. My wife loved it. Happy Wife... Happy Life.

My first Alexa device. Small and compact enough for me to put in my kitchen. Loud sound. Clear Response from Alexa. What I found out is the higher you place it. The louder you have to yell at it so place it within height level. Would definitely get again.

The Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker with Alexa is very usefull in our home. It control the lights and give us great sound for our music. Recommended item for all houses.

The price-quality ratio is very good and the product, due to its size, is easy to use and place anywhere in the house.

Love this Echo Dot 3rd Generation. The sound is incredible. I not only use this for music but I have it set to time my lights on and off. And when I don't need that light on, I just say Alexa turn off the light. I don't even have to be in the same room with the unit.

We bought one for the home, not really knowing anything about it. Got it hooked up and loved it. Then I bought one for my shop. Love that I can tell her to play any song or radio station, recipes, etc... So then I bought 2 more for the kids for Christmas. Love it!

Got this as a free gift with a tv purchase and it’s awesome! I can ask Alexa to play music, the weather, and tons more! Also nice to set up smart home devices to this such as plugs and lights so the voice control is cool.

I really enjoy having Alexa be able to answer my questions immediately. Also having the weather in an instant. Music of my choice and eventually I will be able to control the light and tv. I'm a senior citizen so this technology is all new and exciting to me.

So compact but the sound when playing music is amazing. Really nice to have in the bathroom when your getting ready for the day. Ask "Alexa" anything and she will probably have a good answer for you. Informative, fun, smart, just try it and you will be hooked.

This was an add-on with my Ring Door Bell Pro. It is a nicely sized so blends well with other items at home. We have this in my Kid's bedroom and he uses it to check on the time, the weather, setup alarm, ask various questions and listen to music. we even used it for background spooky music when my kid was recording a Halloween story. For its size, the speaker is pretty good.

I bought this Alexa device thinking I was buying bluetooth speakers to carry around and then I found out that even when they do play my music from my phone with a nice sound, it is not as portable as I wanted it to be. I know, my bad. The price was right. However, even when I never thought of owning one of these devices for my home, I ended up with one, and now, the more I use it, the more I like it. I just tell it to remind me of things, to lookup something, to add items to my shopping list, and other things seems to be very convenient and I can access all these from my phone too. I am sure this device can do much more but I have not used it to its full capacities that I am sure it has.

User friendly- works with SO MANY devices now. Want one in almost every room. Wish you would not just tell temperature/weather but the AMOUNT OF RAINFALL in the day or week or month! Just wishing!
