Speaker quality is mediocre and then bad

Being so small, sometimes it has issues and requires a restart, but there's no power button, so you need access to a cord or switched power supply. If you plug it into a speaker, it takes care of the sound quality, but you have to be very picky with the placement, so that no RF interference is evident, or you'll have performance issues. I would get an Echo next time, and even then, I'd still plug it into my stereo.

Decent for listening to music

Integrates well with multiple smart home features in my home. Its form factor is the best part because you can really put this just about anywhere. I definitely recommend this as a starter Alexa device or an addition to a smart home system.

I can control the smart devices in the house. I can play music in multi rooms. I can drop-in and communicate with my kids in their room. I can drop an announcement to all devices.
