Not so much of an upgrade

They are small enough to not be intrusive and sleek enough to look nice in most any décor. Best when used with the paid version of amazon music. Do watch for "acoustical anomalies " where it will not hear you as well because it is in a corner or near something that blocks or echos your sound when you speak to it.
