We use it more than we thought we would.

My family has one in each room and a echo show in the living room,its great for reminding us something we forget on the spot so wherever I'm at the house I let alexa know and tells me from my phone when I'm out haha

Alexa has become part of the family.

The alarm is perfect and having a visible clock is ideal. It's small enough to not take up a lot of space and the sound quality is impeccable.

It's Alexa

Alexa just works. Still use Google for full home audio like Sonos, but that's it. All of my other smart home devices are run through Alexa.

Best Buy has a fantastic return policy if you get a defective item. However, Amazon still has a bit to go when it comes to tweaking the software for these devices. I literally have had two of them completely go mute. They would light up as if they were acknowledging your commands, but no audio or execution of actions would result. Overall great technology just needs some fine-tuning.
