However, I would opt for the regular size Echo over this. The regular sized one picks up my voice without yelling and the speaker is much better than on this echo dot. Still a great product if you are looking for a more affordable or smaller echo device.

Once we had it we enjoyed it enough to purchase another one for our daughter's room that is on another floor for Xmas. We love the drop-in feature which allows us to talk to them through the device VS. yelling across the house for their attention.

Best investment Ever!

But I was shocked at how frequently I use it for alarms and timers, weather updates, listening to music and best of all....Alexa finds my phone for me!

Only down fall coudl be that sometimes if you have mutliple Alexa devices around your home one tends to do what you request in another room.

Slight learning curve for me

You have to get used to the voice and the reading pace and of course IV is not 4 but ivy.
