My mother is 70plus and was concerned that she would not be able to use it. I was wrong. Simple to install, setup and use.

It's amazing how inexpensive smart assistance have become and I absolutely love the echo dot. The crafting of this product is great and it's a good start to creating a responsive smart home. Alexa is always so helpful.

So I tend to like the echo shows a lot more. I'm not sure though. I believe the echo shows just have better sound. And I've always had issues with the voice recognition and Alexa understanding me with these Echo dots compared to the Echoes Shadows. Of course, he actually shows I still have an issue with I'm just hoping that Amazon really works on. Updating and upgrading their Alexa.

We love having the echo around the house for music, asking questions, alarm, and when connected to smart plug it made it easy to turn the Christmas lights on

Very easy setup. The sounds is excellent. Alexa very responsive. Easily pair to other Bluetooth devices. Use Alexa to control your Bluetooth enabled device.

I bought this echo dot for me teenage son. It's great for quick information and a good product to begin with the amazon products

Purchased for my mom who is legally blind. She had trouble writing/reading her grocery list. Now she adds items on Alexa and they come to my smart phone. Also gets time and weather. Just added reminders of her doctor appts. Still finding ways to use Alexa to make her life easier.

The Echo Dot 3G was a last minute stocking stuffer for my wife and she loves it. She put it in her bathroom and uses it for news, weather and her favorite talk radio. Big success for under $50.
