I have three of these in my house. Super easy to install. Good sound quality. It’s about the size of a tea cup saucer for reference.

This model has a pretty decent speaker for its size. It's great for an alarm clock, kitchen timer, listening to music, setting reminders. Grocery lists, etc

this thing is smarter than me .. I love it nice size I have it In My rest room. It never cuts off.. I think every home should have one....

This product was recommended to me by my Wife, and her sister. So I bought one of these though Bestbuy and after a couple of days, I had to get it exchanged. I did initially run into issues with it not responding and it doing some weird power cycles (restarts itself). After 3 factory resets, and a lot of aggravation, I had it exchanged. Best Buy was happy to exchange it for me no problem. My replacement one works just fine without any issue. I did get a smart light bulb that came with the Alexa (the first one) and I have bought several other smart light bulbs and plugs to control things with voice command. The setup process is pretty easy, and once the app is installed on my phone, I can configure settings with ease. Its small and takes up very little space. and it can hear me in another room. Its a good product, it might cater to my inner lazyness, but all in all, its nice to have

Easy to setup and sounds better than the 1st generation. Sound is richer with this version. Also having the music play on all dots are pretty cool.

We love this echo dot. The kids can play with this thing all day and talk to it. It’s small and compact which is nice. Great price

Alexa is just great to have in your home and now with having her on a great speaker even better, plays music great and routines work very well.

I know that there’s a later model but I like the sound from 3 better than 4, better price and the size fits where I want to use it.

Originally I thought these little things were a joke, but I have two now and I honestly think they’re the biggest lift to my smart home system. Having them around the house makes it possible to hear the door bell ring in any room. I love giving commands in normal voice to turn on and off the lights... and my favorite Command of all... “Play Howard Stern”. Their size makes them so discrete that they vanish behind the coffee maker or the tv and you forget they’re even in the room making it feel like the walls can talk! Great product!

The quality of the sound coming out of this little device is pretty darn good, but in case you didn't know, it's just a speaker. It came with the TV for no good reason. You can't use this speaker to control the TV - yeah, I tried that. I honestly have no idea why anyone would want to talk to a speaker, that then tries to run apps on your phone. It's just much easier to use the controller. The speach recognition of all players just isn't where it needs to be in order to keep from getting totally frustrated, finding yourself swearing at the machine.

Works great!! Connects to your Apple Music too, no need for amazon music.

It is better than I expected and works with the ring alarm and doorbell. Also works with x box Seems better than Cortana. Also you don’t need to buy a Kinect.

I bought this to allow access to Alexia in different rooms. Operates plugs in the bedroom. Plays music with a satisfactory sound. Easy to set-up.

This little thing packs a punch! It sounds crystal clear and can be heard throughout the house. It small so can put it almost anywhere!

This little device got me hooked on using Alexa throughout my house. I love it. The sound is amazing and very easy to hook up.

Of the echo devices in our home this one is a convenient size, it listens well, and it produces decent sound. The larger echo device has much better sound and listens about as well, but is more obtrusive and has to be accommodated to project sound for listening enjoyment. The echo "show" has the added dimension of "dropping in" with a camera so you can see who you are talking to and get visuals, but it is much harder of hearing. I actually got this echo dot to use by our pool to control our ION Bluetooth outdoor speaker (which is also AWESOME!). This gives us the ultra convenient options to control our listening experience without using our wet hands or getting out of the pool to control a device. The dot can access music from Apple or from Prime and change volume, mute, pause and switch playlists or play ad hoc from anywhere within earshot. This device is decent, but what it can do to innovate with technology is the actual power and usefulness. I DO recommend this device.
