Alexa is quite helpful. Sound quality is great and loud. Only problem is when asked a question she has no answer her response is useless. Atleast Siri uses Wikipedia

Big upgrade from gen 2. Look wise and sound wise. Sounds great in my bedroom. I also use it for my Philip's hue lights . A must have addition if you like hitech stuff

Our nephew wanted "Alexa", so we decided on this little version. It's sound is surprisingly pretty decent. Great price and does everything the other echo devices do.

I already have 2 in my house. This one will replace one of my 2nd generation echo dots. It has a great sound and doesn’t take up much space.

This product was recommended to me by my Wife, and her sister. So I bought one of these though Bestbuy and after a couple of days, I had to get it exchanged. I did initially run into issues with it not responding and it doing some weird power cycles (restarts itself). After 3 factory resets, and a lot of aggravation, I had it exchanged. Best Buy was happy to exchange it for me no problem. My replacement one works just fine without any issue. I did get a smart light bulb that came with the Alexa (the first one) and I have bought several other smart light bulbs and plugs to control things with voice command. The setup process is pretty easy, and once the app is installed on my phone, I can configure settings with ease. Its small and takes up very little space. and it can hear me in another room. Its a good product, it might cater to my inner lazyness, but all in all, its nice to have

I purchased two Echos for my mom after my stepdad died and she was living alone. We got all of her lamps hooked up to the echo so she was able to turn lights on prior to getting home, or even just entering a room. The Echo gave her a feeling of security at a time when her world had been rocked.

Another addition for my growing smart home. Love the Alexa product. This one is in the bedroom and I love using it as an alarm, to play music, get the weather, etc.
