This was bought for a spare bedroom and although I don’t use it much it works great when I do.

Love it because you can set your alarm and have music playing. Alexa searches everything for you and makes like easier musically and electronically!

great sound for a speaker this size. a nice upgrade from the gen 2. its worth the money to upgrade

I don’t know what took me so long to buy. This is an absolute must have. It works wonders. Alexa is so smart and sounds like a real person. She controls my tv lights and my thermostat. I will buy another one when they go on sale.

These 3rd generation echo dots are much better then previous generations and much better speaker

I use Echo dot to find out the weather, sports information, the news, listen to music in IHeartRadio.

This is my 4th Echo device I purchase. I live in a split level home so my favorite feature is the intercom feature. I have an Echo on the main floor, the upstairs, and in the basement. Anytime I need to get a hold of my kids or just ask them a question when I'm in my bedroom and they are in the basement...well no need to get out of my comfy bed and take myself down to the basement just to ask if they want pepperoni or sausage pizza!!

Haven’t used it much but the free times I have it’s crisped up my food perfectly. I had a different model before so I’m a bit skeptical, so far I’m happy with the product.

Pros: can connect to Sirius music. I like the feature that it record your request. Came in handy with students who misused it. Was able to mute it so wouldn’t misused. Nice speaker sound as well. Cons: Haven’t found any issues yet.

Cool little add on for a smart tv. Also has good sound quality if just using it as a speaker.

It's really convenient to have. All the information you need to start your day is right here; just asked. Alexa what's the weather like today. Alexa what's the traffic like to work. Its like having an extra person around that is always willing to listen.

Easy to start up an add to my other alexas. Works as total house speaker system when hooked to Spotify. I use it to turn on all my smart plugs

The echo dot lacks power but that is expected of such a small speaker and you can connect it to larger speakers via Bluetooth or 3.5mm. I use it in the bedrooms and office. You can intercom with other echo devices which is cool if you’re lazy like us. It’s also used as an alarm clock. It also controls other compatible smart devices. It is a great add on but I would recommend the larger speakers for a central unit

Perfect. Works great for my bedroom. Especially with the sengled light bulb. I have an echo show in the kitchen. The broadcast feature is very helpful in this busy house. She is polite too. ;)

Alexa answers my questions, tells me a joke when I want one, and can play most songs I ask for without joining their Music subscription. Songs aren't as crisp and clear as I'd want though.

Great addition to the house. We have it in the grand baby's Room. Can play music stream different things through it. They absolutely love it. Also teaches the grand kids how to ask questions and get answers from her.
