A decent speaker. Really convenient for morning routines for weather n music

I loved using this for awhile, but eventually got a show and use that more now but still a value to get this one, music is pretty loud on it.

The sound is improved over the old design. It’s definitely louder then the old one if you have it set up in the right place.

I bought this for my mother who is fairly anti-technology, and, while it took her a week or two to get used to, I now find her having conversations with Alexa, asking jokes, weather, using it for timers, music, alarms, etc. Great purchase and makes life simpler for her in so many ways.

These are much-improved over the previous generations: The sound is much better and they're not all plastic like the first generation. This also retains the aux out so you can plug this directly into a better-sounding/larger speaker. Still, this is great on its own for simple things and casual music listening.

This came free with another purchase, but it is a great little device that we've placed in our dining room. We have multiple Amazon devices and this allows us to have another speaker in the house as well as another device to control our Alexa enabled products. Has excellent sound for a small speaker

Works great and the sound is awesome. Easy to set up.

Small but powerful. Has great quality build. Easy to setup with your WIFI network. The capabilities of this Alexa enabled device is truly impressive. My wife and I use it all the time for reminders, calendar events, and other things. It can be linked with your Google calendar also.

I never knew how helpful having an echo dot would truly be. I'm handicapped and have a lot of trouble getting around. I could literally control almost everything in my house without having to get up and that's truly a blessing. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my grandson and he says it works great. Just what he wanted for his birthday last month. No problems with the device so far and he uses it all the time for both his school work and for entertainment. He said it has great sound as well.

I love this echo dot because it helps me wake up on time in the morning It plays Christmas songs and let me know when someone passes by my front door or my back door. This echo dot is very important in your house for everything If someone reads this message , do not hesitate, get one.

Got it free with a TV I bought, never really wanted one. Once I found out you are able to create a group and listen to music all through the house I ordered the new echo. It is fun to play with too, bark like a dog, tells funny jokes, and it understand what I saying. I mumble a little so most AIs don't understand me.

My boys absolutely love the echo dot 3rd gen smart speaker with Alexa. They jam out to their music and like the fact that they don't have to get up to change the music they are listening to while they are working out. All they have to do is ask Alexa to change the music for them. Very convenient.

I had a echo dot 2 and it was fine, however I liked the new design of the echo dot 3 and wanted to give it a try. The volume is significantly better and the bass is better on the 3rd edition. I bought 2 additional echo dot 3's and linked them together so I now I can play music and it goes to all of the dot's - sounds great.

I was thrilled to receive my smart speaker along with another purchase. This is great to take along outside to listen to music when sitting on the deck enjoying nature. Thank you Best Buy! Easy to use and lightweight.

Love the echo dot. It’s unobtrusive and you can have them in several rooms and use it to control smart devices wherever you go. In my opinion, the one with the clock is better in bedrooms and worth paying a premium for. However, this one is really good to put in all the other rooms
