    I absolutely love it, Alexa greets me in the morning and says goodnight to me at night. She plays music of my choice. She gives me news and other sources of information. I have yet to discover what all she can do. Alexa is my new best friend.

    Purchase another Amazon Echo Dot? I’d rather not! I’m new to the whole Alexa world, So, request after request at it I hurled, But for most I was ready to return the product ... almost Because her answer is always “I cannot do that.” What a brat! So, what, exactly, can you do? Besides sit on the table and light up blue!

    Useless device. Got it for free. Doesn't support YouTube Music. Only Spotify or amazon music. Doesn't support micro usb or usb-c. Doesn't work as Bluetooth speaker. USELESS!!!

    My Alexa has a light blue light that continues to light up all day 24/7 the last 3 months. I’ve rebooted it, unplugged and will not stop. Same happening with my 2nd generation Alexa.

    It’s okay! Alexa seems to be having problems and doesn’t do what I ask. ( I have Smart outlets and lights) she gets it right half of the time. I like my google home way better. Alexa is to complicated. Maybe it’s because I had google home first

    This echo device—whatever generation it is—works like you would expect it to. Great far-field microphone performance. I’m not sure why it has a hard-wired audio-out port?
