I got this smart speaker for free with a purchase for another device and I absolutely love it. I use it to set a time, play music, turn on/off the TV, play games, etc. There is so much this device can do. I would highly recommend it.

What can I say Alexa never disappoints I really enjoy being able to make commands or simply ask Alexa to do something for me and it is done. Alexa is great just for when you want your favoriting played or want the latest on updates news

I personally think it has way too much bass in its default setting and the voice sounds muffled. Be sure to go into your Alexa app where you can adjust the bass, treble and midrange. I don't like that they removed Alexa's ability to sound a tone showing the new volume you have selected using your voice, for example telling her "Volume 8" or "Volume 3." I do like the increased volume and seemingly better microphones.

I love my Echo. It’s got great sound quality. Setup was also a breeze.

The sound is loud and very clear! I really enjoy this device so much I got more all over the house. It uses my security cameras as motion detectors and I can hear motion detected what ever the cameras name is. I’m learning all it can do.

I love love love it!!!! It turns on and off my lights, tells me the weather, plays my music. Only thing i hate about it is it disconnects a lot and it’ll turn my tv off but won’t turn it on even though it’s suppose to. I still love it though

This Alexa came as a combo deal with my sons new TV. This is the first Alexa that we’ve had in our home so we’re still trying to get used to how it works. We are from a small town so we’re kind of limited as far as ordering food and groceries with it. He has been using it more as a speaker for now.

Love this little Love this little Alexa device. It is convenient plays music talks to me. Answers questions says the timer what does it all! Handy to have even helped me make phone calls!!

All in all, we love this buy!! Everything that Alexa works with and does is awesome! The best thing about it is the fact that she continues to learn and do things fitting to your lifestyle and daily habits. Such a fun and helpful buy with so many new things to learn and do every day!

The Amazon Echo Dot is absolutely wonderful, it is one of the most convenient, and useful electronic internet accessing devices that I have ever used. I can't say enough about it I absolutely love it. It's a little buggy to connect to the internet but other than that it is amazing.

Was going to buy one for the ladies room. Then I saw around xmas time they had 2 of these for like $42. So I hot the one for the ladies room and replaced the older one in our living room. Glad I did because the newer one sounds so much better. Gave our echo dot 2nd gen to my pops and he loves it.

Perfect for my teen daughter! She has her Alexa and we have ours. Small enough to not take up space and it controls her smart light bulb and her led tv lights. She loves it! Plus, it was on sale and we used $20 in BB certificates so it only cost $4.99. Great price!!

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He uses it in a room that is off of the garage. It’s nice to be able quickly contact him or ask a quick question with the Drop In feature. He likes listening to music, asking Alexa questions, and so much more. Great sound from these small devices.

I love Alexa echo dot. The price was so right that I gave a few away as birthday gifts. So far, everyone reported that they are enjoying their Alexa. I love the speaker capacity for music as well as the skills features and growing capabilities of Alexa. Great purchase!!

Love free items and was perfect to link tv and light in kids room so they just need to speak to turn off light and tv. Glad to have received this as I probably wouldn’t of bought one for them but they love it.

Works well. Very easy to set up. I like using these as speakers around the house.

I have several of them in my house. Each room is linked up with the lights in the room. So nice to be able to control lights with my voice. I do have a difficult time trying to set things up though (in terms of voice commands). Apple Homekit it just so much easier for me than Alexa.

I have 4 of these Echo Dot's installed throughout my home and find that they are an excellent, inexpensive solution for supporting voice commands which are used to control a variety of brands' devices. The Dots are small enough to place virtually anywhere, and when purchased on sale, are well worth adding to any home which uses IoT devices (plugs, switches, cameras, blinds, A/V, thermostats, etc.). The Echo supports an excellent range of manufacturers and devices for voice integration. The speaker on the 3rd gen is much nicer too. I don't rely upon these for much audio (i.e. I don't play music through them), but it is still nice to have a quality audio speaker for feedback/responses.
