We only buy our electronics from BB due to the value and price. You can save a few dollars and get last years model at another store. Then when you have an issue you have to deal with someone who knows nothing. At BB the staff are alway willing to go above and bey to help. The staff help alone is worth what couple dollars you may save. BB always for all our electronics

The echo Dot has been really fun to use. From playing music, to viewing our security cameras, and controlling our thermostat this is a must have. I highly recommend this for someone who is upgrading to a smart home.

THIS IS MY 3RD AMAZON ECHO DOT. HAVE ONE IN THE KITCHEN, ONE IN THE BEDROOM AND THIS ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM. USE THEM MOSTLY TO LISTEN TO MUSIC ON SIRIUS XM.

Good sound coming from the speaker. My son uses it to play lo-fi study music and sleep sounds at night. It has many more uses but that's primarily what we use it for.

Easy to setup and was surprised at how well it picked up my voice commands. It has a well rounded sound that fills the whole room. Glad I got two of them on sale as I use them in different parts of the house.

I have to say I was skeptical. I didn't see the need. This little baby has been phenomenal. My kids have broken 4-5 alarm clocks. They also messed up the AM & PM so that their alarms would not go off at the proper time. So this was going to be a glorified alarm clock. It has become so much more. The kids have Friday night jam sessions. The drop in feature is great when I'm in the basement and they are in their room. I have grown to love the echo dot.

I have a bunch of echo devices. While the dot has always suffered in sound quality compared to its larger siblings, I feel like this one makes a large jump over the past echo dot in sound quality.

Good Product. My girls love asking Alexa different questions. Bought them dirt cheap, and they came with wifi light bulbs!

Love them. We own 2 and I have bought 3 more for Christmas gifts. I use them for an alarm clock, timer, medication reminders and so much more. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

Bought a second echo dot for upstairs. I leave for work early in the morning and it’s nice to have a light on before I come down. It also made it much easier to control the Christmas lights.

I’ve really liked using the echo dot. I’ve compared with google home and the voice recognition seems superior with this device. The skills are more platform agnostic as well, which is nice when we have services from a variety of providers. Not 5 stars only because it does still struggle with commands sometimes. That’s to be expected with these devices.

This is great. I use it in my little office work area. its small put powerful so it doesnt take up any space

I was able to purchase this for a great price as an introduction to Alexa! Set up was easy enough for this grandmother! So much easier to access music and other smart devices. Order was easy and delivery was good too.

I really Love Alexa's capabilities. She is very informative and Great learning tool for the Family. It came with the purchase of the Television so it was really a surprise to recieve it and be able to use Alexa.

This amazon alexa speaker is a nice addition to our smart home. It work and sound great.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew, along with a smart bulb and plug. He loves them. He has a blast using Alexa to play noises, music, ask questions, and turn the lights on/off lol

Gave in and finally joined Alexa Nation. Still learning all the things Alexa can do. Paired two speakers, kind of like stereo. Very good sound for such a small unit. Amazon will take over the world soon!

I bought this Alexa for my father in law who was looking to purchase one, and he have been loving the use of it every since. I have actually purchased more after the review he gave me on his.

I have 8 Dot Gen 3's and 1 Dot Gen 2 and I can't help but use them every day. They work and integrate with everything. I think these sound better than the google home and will be of more use in the future than Google.
