What a nifty product, the speaker quality is superb, it's well built and a great multitasker. Note you'll need to pair it with your phone for it to make calls and such. I'm sure we're going to have more of them in the future!!

We use our Amazon Echo Dot around the house and outside on the screen porch. It is good to move from room to room and has a very nice sound. We really have been enjoying listening to it.

Alexa has made my house great. Compatibility with the lights is the best part. My basement lights are on single pulls. Smart bulbs + Alexa for the win! No rewiring to put all on 1 circuit necessary!

We would this item for our bathroom to listen to music in the shower, get weather and traffic info in the mornings. I could not believe it was only $30! The sound is nice and I would recommend the Echo Plus for larger rooms.

Amazing!! It does everything I need it to do. Plays music tells the weather and some of everything. I absolutely have been enjoying it. Just make sure you have time to download the app.

I had couple of the gen 2 dots and decided to get a 3rd gen when it went on sale. The 3rd gen sounds 200% better. I love the whole house music experience. I have since outfitted every room with an echo dot .

First of all I can’t believe how great the sound is coming out of this small speaker. It’s a great help in the kitchen and in every day life.

Great home accessory to make life easier. The sound is great and the various alexa compatible products are endless. I know the dot was upgraded - but I think this one is still a smart buy.

I use four of these around my home; helping me with voice control for my thermostat, Sonos speaker system, Ring cameras & alarm system, etc. The units are not expensive and work very well.

This review is not so much about the Dot because there are thousands of those to filter through. Clearly Amazon is phasing this version out because you’re limited to one color and no option for the one with the clock. That being said Amazon is offering this dot with a lightbulb on their site for the same price but with quite a delay in delivery. But not to be outdone Best Buy is offering the same deal plus 4 months Sirius XM! And you can pickup in 1 hour! How can you pass that up? You can’t. So if you’re in the market for one, buy now before they’re all gone! $19.99 plus free bulb and Sirius XM.

i love this speaker, it's very helpful and the bass isn't that good but it's cool.

This Echo Dot is perfect for my grandsons room. I play music we can sing to, soothing sounds to help him relax and sleep. I can whisper to ask questions when he is sleeping. Love having it.

Excellent purchase, it provides exactly what I needed in my kitchen. I use it everyday to check the weather, listen to music, set a timer, etc. There are so many helpful possibilities!!

Love that I can come home and just tell Alexa to play some selected music. I also use her for weather forecasts and local news updates when getting ready in the morning. Saves time from looking up on my phone.

had one in my living room and thought why not put another in the room. easy to set up and pair with my current alexa show. App on your phone is really user friendly to help set them up as well!

Have been avoiding buying one but we took the plunge and it works great. Has a lot of nice features, very easy to hook up and the questions and programs are endless or so it seems. Glad we did it now looking at the Fire Sticks.

This was a gift. Didn't think I would like it but now I use it all the time. It is my alarm in the morning and it gives me the day's weather as soon as I turn off the alarm.

I was blown away With all the features available. You can do so much with Alexa and there are a lot of compatible electronics you can sync up for a real high tech Home. Great buy and i’ll continue to expand
