I have three of these so I can get in touch with my Daughter if I fall again and so I can contact 911 if needed. Also I love playing music on it. I also bought one for each of my Grandchildren.

Simple to set up and use. The voice recognition works great even outside.

She plays whatever music I ask her to play. She tells me the weather, can tell me a joke, she can make telephone calls, turn on lamps with an optional smart plug, etc.

Another friendly device from Amazon to place anywhere in the house and connect via wifi to access information from Alexa along with music from many sources.....it sounds great!

The Alexa dot is perfect for our granddaughters bedroom. She can listen music.

Sound is good responsive even when not asking it lol. Priced too high usually though.

First time trying out an Echo Dot and I was pleased with the features and quality of this miniature device. It’s at an affordable price and now I’m a huge fan.

I use mine for music, news, weather, jokes, & entertainment. However I dont allow it to make phone calls or order online. Call me chicken or old-fashioned but trouble follows me. Lol

This is the first Alexa device we have purchased. Would have bought one a long time ago had we known how convenient and useful these are. Great price on Black Friday sale also.

Useful device for my laziness. It controls most of my smart devices in my house so I don’t have to do anything. From my light to my tv and even to my pc.

I purchased the 3rd generation Amazon echo dot and I'm satisfied with the purchase, although sometimes it doesn't recognize when you're talking to it.

Love it. We own 3 echo dots, and an echo show. they are amazing for answering questions, playing music, or even making toot noises.

I find the sound quality excellent for what it is. Very convenient, say what you wish and it does it, close to being like a genie in a bottle, but more wishes.

Love it. Sounds great and it just adds another piece to my collection. I love cleaning the house and hearing music in every room I go in, including the garage.

I like that I can tell it to set the timer when I’m cooking, or check the weather, and of course to play music on. My daughter loves telling Alexa to play her music on pandora.

with alexa you never feel alone, you listen to music, you can call without dialing alexa does it for you, it wakes you up in the morning, this little device is great.

This Echo Dot is amazing. It plays my music and helps me turn on the lights without getting out of my bed. Also caught it on sale so you can’t beat the price.

Works and integrates well. Routines are not quite as intuitive to setup as Smartthings, but works with some things that Smartthings does not. As a voice assistant, it's ok. Does the job.

Great addition to home network. Kids (great grands) can now play music and dance, dance, dance without disturbing me.

I use the echo dot for mostly listening to music. I also use it for asking all kinds of questions. I know I could use my iPhone, but it is nice not having to carrying it from room to room.
