My 87 year old father uses this device to navigate through offered streaming services due to having difficulty using the television remote.

Love my Alexa, I have it connected in my garage to my receiver and can’t beat talking to Alexa and having her play my favorite songs while working in my garage!

This came with out TV and we didnt think we would use it but its nice to be able to listen to music without using a remote or anything, just being able to shout at it!

This is our second Echo Dot. We have one in the master bath and one downstairs. We use ours mainly for Spotify or Amazon Music, but you can like to Ring devices, etc.

Love my Dot! I use it everyday in my house!!!! It's pretty much connected to almost every app I have a subscription!!!!!! Great sound quality as well!!!!!!!!!!

this was free with our doorbell purchase but it was probably the best part! we have integrated fully with alexa and has made life so much easier with schedules on lights, alarms and reminders

I like this Alexa Echo Dot. It came with my purchase of a tv and it is great. Easy set up and real good value to my new 55” tv.

This is a pretty nifty device especially if you are using Amazon prime. All shipped orders are tracked and announced as delivered.plus podcasts are very easy to llisten to. Overall a winner.

The Amazon Echo (3rd Gen) is a cool device to own and use. It can do fun things that the Google Mini is not seemingly readily equipped for yet. Like the Mini, these smart devices are constantly learning and their expandability is quite immense. I like how a free app may be downloaded into one's mobile device that allows a user to customize Alexa. Since I'm an Android / Google fan, I find that the Google Mini edges out the Echo Dot in the sense that it is easier to make sense of how Google Mini works and how it may be linked to other Android / Google-based devices such as the Google Chrome. Overall, buying either device will be pleasing if you want to own a smart speaker. Just beware that owning / using a smart speaker may also be compromising your privacy a bit given their open microphones. Fortunately, these mics may be manually shut off easily by a switch located outside of each of the two devices.

Alexa can work you thermostats, check the weather, just about anything you want to ask her. Thinking about moving it to bedroom to play soundscapes to sleep to and use as an alarm and clock.

I’m a huge fan of Amazon Echo devices. We have several Echo speakers in different areas of our home. Once set up, they are easy to use. Great sound.

it has a good sound quality better than the previous generation. It gives better-balanced sound overall.

I like it! Initially i had no interest. But then i got into the grove of speaking loudly to Alexa to request music play. Alexa pairs nicely with Amazon music subscription. Now that i no longer have said subscription, Alexa isn't as useful.

I love my Echo Dot. She wakes me up every morning to my favorite music and tells me when my Amazon package has been delivered. This is an amazing product!

Awesome...I use it to control my bedroom lights when I fall asleep while working on some things and don't want to move. She turns them off. Also use for Pandora

I love this. I should have gotten this sooner. I have this in my bedroom. I’m thinking about buying a couple more Echo dots and gifting them for the holidays.
