We have a gen 1 and 2 Echo dot and so far this seems to work better than those at picking up voices. It's still a challenge for it to pick me up across the room at times especially when there's a lot of background noise. I feel like eventually we will have to add multiple dots to our great room to help with this.

Loved my first echo dot so much I bought another 32” smart tv that came with a free echo dot so I could have one at my summer house

This is better than Siri and Google, In my opinion. I have this little speaker under my desktop monitor and it sounds great. Really happy with it.

Much better speaker and A LOT better looking than the 2nd Gen Echo Dot. I’m upgrading the ones we use for music and leaving the 2nd gen’s in places that are seldom used.

I purchased mine during an Amazon deal (they run them often). It is a good and worthwhile purchase. It is low profile and convenient. The speaker is ok, but will have some distortion if trying to play music at higher levels. It easily connects with other devices including the tvs.

This little thing is fantastic. A lot of fun to have in the house. Wake up in the dark morning and just ask Alexa what time it is. Then ask what the temperature is. It's great.

This is my first echo and I really like it. I linked it with a Kasa smart switches and it works great

For the price and as much as i use this product thats why i gave it 5 stars it basically works and it works great with other smart home products

I love it! I upgraded to the echo show but use this as well in another room of the house!

My family and I love our Alexa. It’s great for reminders and timers. I love that it cuts on and off, the lights and tv.

The echo dot is extremely useful, I use it every night to set my alarms and to check the weather in the morning. The kids love asking Alexa questions or a joke lol

Louder and better sounding than its predecessors. I have several of these around the house and use them synced up to play music across several rooms.

This was my first Alexa purchase and after 8 months I'm shocked at how well it is able to understand the whole family, even my 2 year old.

Bought this for our young Grandson for Christmas. He Loves it. Now He can ask Alexa to play His Favorite Music to Dance to, Instead of asking His Mom. And His Mom Likes it Too.

I use Alexa for a ton of things.....alarms, questions, etc. what I love it for is the amazon music. Alexa finds music in a flash and the sound quality is perfect.

This was an anniversary gift from my husband, it works Great! Me and my hubby linked up all our lights and tvs with Alexa and couldn't be happier.

Purchased this amazon a few months ago, it definitely is worth the price as well as it lives up to its expectations!
