Can’t go wrong! Solid functionality- Nice sound for a small package- works well

Great deal! Alexa is the only person (!) in my life who listens to my every word. And does exactly what I ask her to do! I bought 3!!!

Bought each of my kids one for Christmas. It’s been great to reach them so I don’t have to yell upstairs at them.

I first purchase the Echo Input for my Dayton Audio APA102 class D amplifier with auto on; for hands free music at 60 watts per channels output for bookshelf speakers listening. The Echo Input work great with this amplifier. Return the Echo Input for the Echo Dot (3rd Gen) because the Echo Input only has one blue LED light on the surface top center to let you know that its listening, very hard to see this small LED blue light. The Echo Dot (3rd Gen) has a full blue ring around the surface top. This blue ring can be seen easily from across the room; so much nicer. The 3rd Gen is worth the few extra buck.

Love Alexa! Added this Echo to my already set up multiple Echo Dots in the house.

The new 3rd generation dot provides better sound than its predecessor with a new proprietary charging port instead of the standard micro USB. A new fabric exterior makes it more visually appealing while the Alexa voice service is still the gold standard for smart speakers.

Alexa is very helpful for around the house. It gives you reminders, plays music channels, and a whole lot more. I am happy to have purchased this lifesaver product!

I love my dot. I received a great deal on it and can now listen to music in my bathroom.

A great smart device to have in every room. It becomes a added convenience once you learn how to use and the sound is really clear. And the price is unbelievable.

I love the little speaker. The sound quality is great. Bluetooth works well but wont connect to all bluetooth abilities

As a current employee, I’m always encouraging customers to grab an Echo Dot because they’re so inexpensive for $15. A great gift for anyone! Setup is real simple with these devices and with the current price of 15 dollars its hard not to buy more just in case.

Works great it’s sounds like the other 20 I have because they come free with almost everything at Best Buy

Super fast setup. Simple addition to bring automation to more rooms.

I really don't use it much for anything other than music when I want. But it does a great job at finding obscure punk bands that no one else has heard of.

I bought this for my parents to be able to ask Alexa anything& also command it to help them turn off lights in the house. They love it!

Skeptical about this but when I seen all it could do I love it. I have all my house connected to this so I can turn lights off, works with tv, etc.

Surprisingly great sound quality but that depends on where you place it. I mainly use it to turn the lights on and off with Phillips hue.

3rd generation Dot is much improved. Especially in terms of sound quality and aesthetics. Depending on sales, premium above 2nd generation is only $10. Easily worth it.

I received with my EERO system, did not order, was surprised with good sound, use it sporadically. Do not use it with Alexa, so can't review it.
