... at people who used Alexa. I guess it's because I never had. Of all the consumer-marketed speech recognition I've used recently, she is simply the best. I really want to embrace the Samsung world since I have so much of their stuff, but Bixby just doesn't doesn't know me like Alexa does. Even without Amazon music unlimited, Alexa can usually find some music that doesn't induce nausea (now if my wife could only learn that skill...). I could go on and on, but I can't possibly convince you of how cool this is. Just spend the 40 or 50 bucks and see for yourself.

Love my Alexa. I have one in every room. Recommend for setting timers, listening to music or just basic questions. You will never feel alone.

This is our first device like this and the whole family loves it. We plan on getting a few more for the kids rooms so we can talk to them through it.

Worth it! It makes the life easy. Just need to run the mouth. The only thing is we have to plug in the switch all the time.

Easy to use alexa device that i find myself using everyday now. My only issue is that when listening to podcast or music, sometimes the treble is drowned out by the bass. Not sure if there's a setting to adjust, but out of the box a little its just okay.

Gave to my son as a Christmas present. Works great and he loves it!

The 3rd Gen Echo Dot has substantially better sound quality than previous gens. It works great for bedrooms where the bigger Echo would be overkill.

Love my echo. Would recommend to purchase the speaker that it sits into separately, especially if you plan to play music through it.

Loud speakers and can control volume with voice, only bad part is needing a smartphone to setup the amazon account. Device itself is great.

It requires you to have subscription to amazon music or something to play any kind of music. But very good when recognizing voice even from a long distance. I had returned it for on google I can play free YouTube music.

My kids love it. So easy to use. They set their alarms and make lists for things they need to do.
