Great speaker but bass is too strong

It can be improved a little by reducing the bass level in the Alexa app however I still prefer the 2nd generation over this one for Alexa commands.

She loves it. She uses it so much she got me hooked on it and I had to purchase a few more for the other rooms in the house. Now I love it. It is so easy to use. You do need an account with Amazon, Pandora or Hulu to stream music. You can also connect plug outlets, lights and light bulbs. It's amazing.

Security system add

I generally pay more, but great for additional coverage to our Shows, for a kid, or in this case for my Mom to adjust to as I gave her smart bulbs and Ring security system. Sure I am going to get a lot of calls from her on all this at once. But is easy to set up

Setup was a breeze. It worked the first time I used it and every time thereafter. It is connected to the receiver by a 3.5 mm cable to RCA plug. The unit was on sale at about 50%off - making it an even better purchase.
