This is our third Echo...one full size and two Dots. Was very easy to set up. Sound is a lot better than our older Dot. It is good but not great. More mid and high end acoustics would knock it out of the park. A built in wall mount would be helpful. We bought an after-market wall mount. Overall, the Dot 3rd Gen is well worth the price.

Use it almost every day, great to connect to fire tv and incase you lose remote can control tv through alexa

Got a deal where this came with the Ring doorbell. Love Alexa as long as you don’t know anyone with a similar name. We refer to her as the person on the desk to avoid being questioned so much.

We have 3 echo's and 2 dots and we linked them so when we turn one on they all come on. When we sold our house we had them playing very softly in the background and was repeatedly asked what sound system we had as it sounded so good. They were quite surprised when we told them what it consisted of.

Prior to getting this Amazon Echo Dot, I already have two Amazon FireTV Cubes. When I got this new device, setup was very easy and it picked up the functions I had working on the FireTV Cubes. I got this Echo Dot free with the purchase of a Toshiba 4K FireTV. I installed it in my kitchen and now can access Alexa from almost anywhere in the house.

It’s an echo dot. It does what an Alexa does just better than the previous ones. Microphone pickup is almost too good. Speaker is nice. We use these in the bathrooms and they hold up well with all the showering / humidity that happens as well. They usually have deals, I’d never spend full price on these.

This 3rd generation dot is way better than the 2nd gen when it comes to sound. Installation is a breeze with the app. It only took a couple of minutes. I have a couple 2nd gen dots. They're good for day to day control of lights and asking questions, but play music is less than desired. This 3rd generation dot has excellent sound quality, and I highly recommend it.

I overall love this speaker it is decently loud for the size of the speaker. I also love to have basically every aspect of my home "smart" so this helps a ton with that aspect of living.

Good product and easy to use. I have 2 other Dots that work 8 smart plugs, 2 thermostats and a smart light bulb and I really like them. works well.

This Amazon Echo Dot third-generation was a great buy. The speaker is definitely an upgrade from the second generation and can go much lower and have slightly better bass tones. Amazon‘s Alexa is much better than the Apple series. She can process more commands and do many more things than Siri can. I would not waste time purchasing a different A.I.
