The Echo Dot is a great way to start interacting with Alexa. We now have 2 of them and it is a great way to communicate between the kitchen and my photo processing room in our Condo! We are just learning what all it can do and are very excited to continue our explore of the Alexa world.

The sound quality of this far surpassed what I expected. In the bedroom it controls the lights, plays soft music for sleeping or.... It will help me wake my wife up in the morning by allowing me to speak from the kitchen from one dot to another. Very happy customer. Bought two more for other areas in the house.

I really like that I can automate my house, and using the Echo, it is rather easy to set up. I received a Google Mini, that I tried to set up for 4 days with google help to no avail. Never received a call back, so returned it and got another Echo. I intend to get a third so I have 1 on each floor of my house.

This was a freebie thrown in with a TV purchase, but it's always great to have an extra dot around the house. Have one in almost every room now and it's great as you move around the house.

The dot is small but sounds great. Easy to use with or without the app Makes talking to others in another room very easy

This so the second Echo device I’ve purchased. This one is a gift for a friend who needs to operate her indoor lights when coming home after dark. She loves it!

I purchased this for my children as Christmas gifts. Any moment now, I expect Alexa to file an unfair labor protection lawsuit against my family. My kids have been wearing her out. I imagine that they will get tired of her in a week or so but until then, Alexa has been kept woefully busy.

This is our 7th echo and we love them! We got the first for easy and instant access to music, which now plays throughout our home with the "play everywhere" command. And after adding smart switches, thermostats, lights, locks, and garage door, I now control most of my house with voice commands.

I use Alexa mostly for timers, reminders and music. She does a great job with these tasks.

We love our Alexa’s , Igot a wall holder for it so it looks great plugged in wire not visible and doesn’t have to be a desk topper!

Good product,easy to install,very useful.Good sound,struggles sometimes to capture what I am saying.

This is the 6th Echo dot that i have purchased. I can play any song on the everywhere group i created and the song plays in every room of my house at the same time. If you love music like i do, get yourself 1 or 10

great for forgetful people, perfect for miscellaneous reminders that you can just shout across the room. sound quality is very decent as well. not super bass heavy or anything like that but it's still a pretty good deal

I lost track how many of these I have. It is very useful to use around the house especially when you are unable to use your hands such as when you are doing the dishes and you can make phone calls on it.

So convenient to use & disappears in the room. Small footprint is great. Located in bedroom so no additional display or light is great (of course until Alexa is actively listening). Sound quality is good & picks up voice from across the room. Solid purchase.

Love all Alexa units and at this cost got one for every room in the house , Nothing like being able to say Alexa what time is it , alexa what is the weather, what time is the movie showing so much and you don't even have to get off the couch . LOVE IT !!!!! AND the Cost cant beat it?????

Works great for home and office use. This one I bought for my client but I've had one for over 2 years and works perfectly fine. So many great features but I'm basic and only use it as an alarm to wake up and occasional reminders/timers. I buy these all the time for housewarming/client gifts.

I bought this for my mom who is technology challenged. I love it it was easy to set up and easy to teach her how to use it. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase more of them while they were on sale. But I am watching closely to see when they will go back on sale. Then I will buy a few more.

Got a couple of echo shows and I got this for my teenage son. He loves it because he really did not care for having a screen, he rather have just the speaker/smart device. I am slowly getting the household electronics all “smart” integrated and Amazon has got a real winner with the echo.

I practically do everything with the Amazon Echo Dot. We have one in the bedroom and another in the living room. I utilize her to set timers when cooking and create shopping lists. Makes life a bit easier. I don’t know why I didn’t buy one before. Worth every penny and would recommend it.
