bought a new echo dot for the $15 dollar price. and also got a singled bulb with it for free. couldn't beat the price as a package. this replaced an echo dot that went bad.

Sound quality is very good. Small size is great so placement is very easy and space is limited.

Nice little speaker with clear sound that works excellent

easy to use, my parents love it, they had to call 911 because the had a gas leak and it work great. Now they have music in every room cause we have 5 all together for them. will buy more for us.

Love my Echo dot. I gift this to anyone who does not have an Alexa. It’s small enough to fit in any corner of a room and the speaker is great for music! This is my alarm clock every morning.

Have been very happy with these devices. I have bought this one to add to another room as I like how they work together and interconnect around the house. Easy to setup up with compatible smart home devices. Just wish they would work with my Nest Yale lock...

Very handy when you want to ask questions about the weather, turn on/off lights in house and to get notifications. The sound quality is good for music also!

Alexa makes it easy to turn the TV on and off when you can't reach it. Love it for asking questions when I am cooking and need advice on cooking rather than have to looking it up myself. Saves time.

I like the microphone on this device. It seems to be very smart. It recognizes my voice with pinpoint accuracy. It did not need any training and recognized my heavily accented English. Even people had problems with my English. In most cases it answered my questions thoroughly and with confidence.

But I am glad it came as part of the package...I do have Amazon Prime and using this really is cool...I tell it to shuffle music and it does...ask for weather, it provides....and my kids love it. They've actually used it to get homework answers. I almost got the new one, but for not, this works.

I paired it to my Amazon tv on the back porch so I get great sound while watching the tv. This works really well, sorta like a mini sound bar. It also works great for streaming music when not watching the tv.

Easy to set up and is so nice to help with dimming lights and updating on weather when getting ready and a variety of other things. Just something nice to have if you already have Amazon Prime.

Handy to have for all kinds of applications, We like to get the weather, play music, set timers and alarms, ask questions, etc. The only thing we would like is to be able to turn off unwanted "by the way" suggestions.

Got this for less than $20 dollars as a gift. I don’t use Alexa in my home but I’ve heard this little speaker and it packs a punch for the size. It may not be suitable for a large room but it’s perfect for an office or even a bathroom.

I love it and the grandbabies love it because they can play different songs and they get to play sing along with it they get to ask a questions and she answers it she lets us know the weather or she lets us know the time and if we want to hear a particular song she played it for us.

To be clear: I love Alexa, and love having control over the various lights inside and outside of my house. I have an Alexa Show and 2 other Echo dots, in addition to this new Echo Dot. I haven't really noticed any difference in performance, or how well Alexa listens with this new Echo Dot. It does however look quite a bit better, so I think that's worth something. Still, not really much of an upgrade from the previous generation in my opinion. Works great though for what I needed it to.

Set up to control 5 cameras, exterior and interior lighting and a smart TV, Easy to set up, cost efficient and works well. Will now purchase one for each room.

Its a fun toy to use n the room Great for settings timers, listening to news, Sirous XM channels if you subscribe to that service. Got it for my parents. They love it. Get two of them and you can talk to each other in diff rooms. Good for the price

I use my Echo for just about everything. I'm disabled and use my Echo to control lights, switches, fans my television and even the lock on my door. I listen to a lot of music and when necessary use it to call family and friends. I would be much less independent without it.

I buy this for me and I really like it because you can hear clearly the songs and is really helpful
