My husband bought this for me on a whim and I didn't know how much I would use it....boy was I wrong!! This thing is now my lifeline! I was always a "sticky note" person, not now!! I just tell Alexa to remind me and she never lets me down! Every busy parent should have one!!

I never thought I needed an Alexa, but now I can't live without it and even purchased one for my mother and she loves it also, especially for the music.

Easy setup. Works great! Alexa can be very helpful and handy because of the hands-free nature of getting things done. She can turn lights on/off, read a recipe aloud, whatever you need while you're doing other things.

Bought one for me and another as a Christmas gifts for my teenage niece and son. I'm not sure who loves it the most, but we are all getting good use of it. We mostly listen to music, get daily weather updates, news, traffic, and set reminders. I also plan to use it to control my bedroom lights.

Love this little Dot! Instead of having to find my calendar or notepad to write down everything I'm about to forget, I just tell Alexa! Fantastic. I can listen to music from Amazon Music or get the weather forecast or even the latest news reports just by asking Alexa. : )

Great item and a useful tool for anyones house. Love being able to set multiple timers at once, get answers to most questions, and have a news feed played for me each morning. Highly recommend these. The sound quality of the Gen 3 is great, and much better than the other versions.

Honestly my house is basically all smart and I feel like as a single mom of two kids Alexa is my assistant. She reminds me , alerts me , give me news and sets my alarms and lights , open my garage I mean all thru my echo. I love it easy to set up no issues

I honestly never wanted one. But since it came with my tv purchase I decided to go with it. No idea how I have gone without. Very user friendly. Only thing is I wish there was a way to give multiple commands...which there may be and I havent figured it out yet.

It entertains the kids and allows them to add chocolate cake to our shopping list every time I'm at the grocery store. Plays music and allows me to drop it on them. Outside of constantly having to remove chocolate cake from my shopping list it's pretty handy.

This smart speaker is fantastic. It wakes me up and puts me to sleep with music or rain. It also helps me keep up with all of my schedule appointments. It's connected to my 55in Insignia Smart TV as well as my Android phone. I can be at work and drop in on the children to check and make sure they're okay. I'm about to purchase several smart Gadget's that'll link up to this Next Generation Echo box as well. MODERN TECHNOLOGY HAS TAKEN OVER.....

I've bought several of these Amazon Echo Devices and while they all perform almost the same tasks, this one is especial since it's small enough top put in every room and still have all the versatility of its big brothers. Very recommended and good colors that will match with your home decor.

Looks great and blends in well with a modern style home and the microphone works quite well. Sometimes too well when it activates from hearing Alexa or something similar out of context. Works great with smart home devices and is a great price for all of its functions.

Got this speaker on discount at $19. It far surpasses my expectations at Tha tprice. It sounds pretty good and looks awesome. I can also control my smart home stuff with it. It's a great device if you want to get multiple smart speakers at a low price.

Nice to have this small unit outside for music while cooking. Alexa can sometimes be challenging...

A wonderful tool to automate my lighting at home. Setup was a breeze, and I can also use it to control my Fire TV hands free. This Echo Dot was included as a gift with my Fire TV purchase, so it was an awesome deal.

I was pleasantly Surprised at how this lil Speaker Fills the Room (Apt) Sound is Great & the Selections of Content is amazing. Radio Stations, Podcasts, TV Shows, Books, Live Radio Shows, etc, etc, I've purchased (3) so far. Highly Recommend it.

This was such a great buy and convenience for me, I use Alexa eveyday and I don’t know what i’d do without her, she always wakes me up and i love that she knows the weather

I am able to ask Alexa to do a few things that work with some smart home features I have. I use it a lot when I start cooking and I ask her to set a timer and playing some cooking music so I can have something in the background. Easy to use with the Alexa app.

Amazon echo dot 3rd gen is an excellent smart mini speaker for your home. It has excellent bass treble and overall volume to suit your needs. If you have other fire TV, it integrates beautifully. You can use it as external speaker using in built aux audio port. Look and design is awesome. Where it clearly outperform home mini is the proper button checks. Where home mini has an area and relied on your haptic touch to perform an action it has 4 dedicated buttons which is much easier to use. It's blue ring led is very nice to look even at dark, it's amazing. To sweeten the deal, I got it free during black Friday.
