This thing is amazing. I now can turn off my light from bed. My 2yr old nephew loves telling Alexa to play the songs wheels on the bus & head, shoulders, knees, and toes. Music sounds great and it can hear me from across the room.

Got this for my niece for college. Great device for a college student to have. Works as a an alarm clock, radio, calendar, reminders and access to a lot of information available on the web without actually having to use your computer.

All the best about this product, really didn't have any issues. Connects easily to the internet, works perfect, would recommend for everybody, this small thing will change and make your life easy.

This is my 7th echo. Easy to set up and with amazon prime I have music for free through them. Also use Spotify for music. Like to use it as intercoms in the house and stupid questions I may have.

My son is always scare of the dark and he is always asking us to turn the lights on, Sometimes we are not always close to his room to help him. Now, he loves the fact that he can ask Alexa to turn the lights for him!

Google home has a top facing Sound vent, while this has sidewards. I actually use this as a speaker most of the time to play songs. I used to mount Google Home on a wall next to the socket and it gives good sound, while Echo spreads sound along the plane of the wall. So this has to be placed on a horizontal surface for max sound output. Apart from that, it works good.

I got this free for ordering another product. I decided to replace my 1st gen echo dot with this one. The sound quality and build is way better than the original. My only comment about this is it no longer uses a micro USB to power it.

This is great for those who are not tech savy: get two or more and pair with the echo show and you can have music in two or more rooms without a lot of wiring. The sound is very good for me and for those enjoy a bit more bite to their music ( bass etc) you can pair with a bluetooth speaker or your home entertainment center. I would reccommend to a friend.

The setup was a bit tedious through the app and it's not as loud as I hoped, but it is PERFECT for a little Alexa on your nightstand. Great for alarms, listening to books in bed, etc. I got it for $25, you can't beat it!

Shipping took a while but was a free product with TV purchase. Works great and has amazing sound quality for such a little device

We love these and have one placed in almost every room. We can all select the music of our choice AND frequently, use the dot as an intercom sending msgs. to one another without shouting through the house

I listen to the radio in my office at work. I got this because it was on sale and I have a 2nd generation Echo Dot at home. I love it. I set reminders in the morning so I stay on schedule. It’s so easy to change what I’m listening to.

I got this at a great price during the recent Black Friday sale. This is now my 3rd echo dot which I placed at the kitchen. Setting up was easy and syncing with the other smart home devices around the house was seamless too. The only drawback with Alexa is the ability to link up with different Spotify accounts (it can only be linked to one) and because of this limitation, you can only play music from one Spotify account at any single point in time. For example, if my wife plays music from the echo dot in the kitchen via Spotify, I cannot play music from Spotify on another echo at a different part of the house. I also cannot play Spotify from my phone without terminating the earlier playback since Spotify only allows you to play at a single source at any given point in time. If Alexa can allow multiple Spotify accounts (which many of us do with the family plan), this will be a 5 star rating!

We have several Dots, two Fire cubes, a Show and a Stick. They all work pretty well most of the time but they do glitch sometimes. However, we do have one "idiot dot" as we call it. That one has issues finding some of our WEMO devices. It will control most of them, but for some reason it can't find certain WEMOs, even though all the other fire devices can.

Bought for mt mothers home. Wanted to help make her home a smart home. She can turn on and off several lights in her home using ALEXA compatible light switches and her Echo devices.

What an innovative item! Makes my life much easier... From weather reports, music to get dressed for work, my ALEXA is amazing!

Good product. I have 2 echo dots and received this for free after a purchase. Like having all the dots in separate rooms for music or just listening to news or weather.

I love the echo. Does what it's suppose to and convenient. Audio sounds good too.it was free so there are no complaints about it especially when it was free. Everything is better when it's free!
