Well to start, I think it’s a lot of fun! You can play your favorite songs, know what the weather is going to be like before getting out of bed or waiting for it to come on while watching the news, but one of the best things is drop in, to use it as an intercom and not having to get up, so to wrap it up, I think it’s a great product!

Very nice and easy to use and set up,great for wake up alarm to music

This came free with the TV we purchased on Black Friday. I didn't feel the need to spend money on any of these smart accessories (Echo Dot, Google Home, etc.). It was always a nice-to-have not a need-to-have in my book. But when you get it for free, of course, you can't pass it up. Now that we have it hooked up to the new smart TV, it's definitely made life easy.

This item is a great deal for the money. Very easy to operate.

Sometimes Alexa is a brat and acts like she can't hear you, but for the most part of works well and is really convenient. Also be cautious though if you have kids. They'll end up on a phone call with your boss while you're in the bathroom. Or something crazy. Said child may also continuously interrupt you while saying "Alexa" so that they can shout it too and ask her something different. It would be better if there was a way to make it only work with specific peoples voices, but overall it is a good product.

It serves my purpose wonderfully. I don't have to get up to turn the lights off or on. Also it answers questions and plays music. That is the main reason I wanted it. So it is great

I really like my echo I just hate whenever your talking about Alexa to someone it activates her and she starts to listen but that is how all assistants are. You can change the awake word to computer or echo to eleviate this but I prefer to say Alexa. Main thing if your looking to purchase this for your smart home, be sure to know if your smart devices are compatible with Amazon Echo because some devices are only compatible with Google Nest and vice versa. If you have a Ring Video Doorbell or alarm system this is a must and most of the time it comes free with a Ring purchase.

Easy to use, easy to set up, you will need internet and either an amazon account or you will have to create a free account. Love this. Alexa had changed our lives! We use her to play music, keep a shopping list, tell us the weather, tell us the time. We set routines with smart lamps, plugs, and lights, which are so handy! Love it

As my smart home gets getting bigger, I needed a second Alexa device for upstairs to control my smart plugins in my bedroom. This small and convenient echo dot does exactly what I needed, elegant design and very responsive, goes well with my bedroom decor and does the job just fine. I can now turn on the kitchen lights from my bedroom with a voice command before I even get out of bed.

I bundled and bought this as an add on when I was buying the Alexa Show, and I’m so glad I did. I have it to my teenage son for his birthday, and the sound quality is phenomenal for such a small piece. He set it up before we set up the Show, so I’ll have to take the time now to pair the two so I can monitor the volume. Great price point- even if I hadn’t bundled.
