We got this with a tv And really Didn’t think we would use it. However, we installed it in a different room than our other Echo and have enjoyed it. Like most Amazon products it’s quick and easy to set up. Works well though sound quality is only ok

Great product...love the sound. The connection was easy. The sale man spoke very highly of the product. I will continue to enjoy this speaker because their sound is amazing.

Love these! We have several in the house and use them constantly to turn lights on and off via special bulbs and plugs. Also use them to play music, make phone calls, check the weather, news, set reminders, alarms, etc. So much you can do!

Look, it came free with the TV. I'm not a fan of these things, but with the way technology works, your cellphone already grabs information when you talk and filters your data. I gave it away to someone who would use it as opposed to stare at it suspiciously waiting for the AI uprising. She's quite pleased. If you want to ask Alexa to play Baby Shark, this is for you. If you've seen the entire Terminator series more than once, avoid it.

Works really great. The speaker is loud and clear than most other small speakers. You also get a free sengled color bulb valued at $15 for a limited time. So you’re only basically paying $5 for the echo dot.

I love having an Alexa, has made life so much easier. The set up is easy and there’s so many products that are compatible with it, I will always recommend an Alexa especially when they’re on sale!

Fairly easy to set up. Works like a charm on my smart plugs, wifi light bulbs, and TV. Not a great speaker for just playing music, but given size and price, that should be expected. The only real negative to me, was if you want to change wifi connections, it is not intuitive at all. Kind of a pain. I also have a Google Home speaker and it difficult to change wifi connections as well. You'd figure that process would be intuitive and easy, but not at all.

We are an Amazon Alexa household. We have dots in every room and the bigger Echos in our living and family rooms. This is my first of the 3rd generation dots and I am impressed. Fit and finish are far superior to the older dots and the sound quality is so much better.

Its no#4 for so far im loving having Alexa products in the home. It helos when the grand kids are in a room and i can do a drop in. To check on the while working

Good sound quality and size. For Alexa, I’d recommend for smaller rooms. For real sound get the bigger ones.

When I bought the Phillips Hue smart kit, this was an add on for free (same deal on amazon) but I got them faster. The echo dot was a great addition to the bedroom to give whole house functionality to the lights. And better use to Alexa. Happy I grabbed this deal when available.

I have the Dot in my bathroom to play music and to be there when I have those random thoughts I need reminders for. This thing can hear me when I'm downstairs in another room talking to my other Alexa. Sound is great and I'm happy with it.

Love it I can connect to any Bluetooth even my nose speaker.. my son has autism and he has speech issues and alexa even understands him when I don’t know what song he wants to hear. I love it ❤️

Got it for my Father-In-Law as he is slowly transitioning to today's technology. Connected everything he has to it, and he loves it. Easy to use and if you already love Amazon, makes things even easier.

Came free so cant beat the price. i keep it off most of the time per privacy expert recommendations. No smart house so cannot speculate on that option. Plays the music i ask for when i do so i am happy

Alexa, it’s really good. She help me a lot to get music anything when I am busy in the kitchen I just talk to her and then she answer to me.

This little smart speaker is amazing! You can ask it practically anything, and now the music will integrate with Apple music. So if you have a subscription, it will play anything in the Apple library. I also have a 1st gen Echo Dot and this 3rd gen has much better speakers.

This is something i use all the time with my kids for music and setting timers for cooking, asking about the weather. So many things she can do for youbwith your wifi enaled products too. All around great purchase.

We had a google home mini and then we got an Echo Dot free with a Best Buy purchase. We like “Alexa” better. Everyone in our family (5 year old included) is easily able to use this device. If you’re trying to decide on one of the “home” devices, I would say buy this one.
