My Echo Dot is Awesome! I learn something new to use it for everyday. From an oven timer to music to games to an Alarm Clock! I even connected her to my Thermostat and security system! Still discovering all that Alexa can do for me!

I have always wanted an Alexa, this speaker was pretty loud for its size and easy to use. I definitely will purchase a bigger Alexa for the living room.

We recently upgraded to the gen 3 dot and it was well worth it. its got a modern look and the sound is sooo much better than gen 2. its a lot louder and has better range. if you listen to music on your gen 2 you might consider upgrading.

I really enjoy my echo smart speaker. It is compact and good quality.

Put it in my bedroom for the sole purpose of an alarm clock. But it easily hooks up to sound bar, gives weather updates and many other things. Great buy

The new 3rd generation Echo Dot works for me. Sound (especially music) quality is much better than with the 2nd generation. I also like the new square power; it protrudes much less into the room and does not block an adjacent power outlet

Great little speakers. They play music at a reasonable level. Just have to be careful not to turn up too loud and blow the speaker.

This is the second Echo Dot I bought because I loved the first one I bought so much. My husband and I have fun just seeing all the things it can do. I never thought I would want or need something like this since I have a smartphone and laptop, but it is nice to have it tell you things while doing other things. We have yet to buy any smart items like light bulbs or thermostat, but it is capable if we do decide to. My favorite feature is being able to listen to any kind of music. Very easy to set up and use!

I think that this works well. The sound is good and works with my other Alexa devices. It was even better since it came free with another product that I purchased.

Absolutely have loved all of my Amazon Alexa products. This was another seamless addition to my system. I use mine in the bathroom for music and controlling other smart products. Highly recommended.

This does exactly what I expected it to do. Controls my TV, lights, and allows me to communicate with my girlfriend’s echo at her house. Inconspicuous and svelte.

Got this for my mother who uses it for alarms, timers and listening to music. Audio quality was good on 2.0 but with 3.0 is even better. 3.0 is slightly larger and the fabric side shell makes it feel like a higher quality piece of tech.

I love my Echo Dot! I have it connected to my Ring security cameras and other devices around the house. It makes things easy and very convenient! It was very affordable and I would recommend this to a friend!

I just purchase a house and it is a smart home. Echo was included in the home. However I wanted an extra one so best buy had an awesome price and I purchase the Echo Dot (3rd Gen) and it has been amazing.

We had this Echo up and running in minutes reading my calendar to me,dropping in on my sons echo. Turning off our xmas tree. For 2 years I tried to get the google home to read my calendar to me with no sucess and I had google calendar?!

I use Alexa in the kitchen and I can tell you it is fun using her. The games are very fun to play amd it is good to listen to music while just sitting around doong nothing.

Third dot I have bought. I miss Alexa when I travel. She can control much of my house so I am spoiled. My wife says I a just too lazy to get up an flip the switch get a dot and you will be amazed how much it gets into your life.
