as advertised, works very good, I like asking lots of things to Alexa; so that's what I do.

This is an awesome little gadget. I listens, responds and plays well. I bought everyone in my immediate family one for this past Christmas. They ALLLLL are enjoying theirs as well.

My son uses this to set alarms to wake him up, control the lights, ask it questions and get immediate answers. Only draw back might be that its always listening to you.

I love my echo! It is fun for playing music and connects to my TV so when I lose the remote I can turn on the TV still

These are so cheap...the speaker is what you pay for, cheap too. Set up is easy and works as expected. Best to pair it to a Bluetooth speaker for better audio.

My quick and to the point review for this 3rd Generation Echo Dot is pretty simple, the audio is VASTLY improved over the original Echo Dot. To say the original Echo Dot audio was "utilitarian" was being kind. However, performance wise in terms of responsiveness and just getting it booted up, it's a bit slower. The microphone is also seemingly less sensitive somehow? I have no audio testing equipment so I can't pinpoint why this would be, but my perception is that it's not as good as the original Dot or even the First Generation "Pringles Can" sized Echo device. Aside from all those minor complaints, this is an improvement in terms of sound quality and aesthetics. Cheers!

Echo Dots are easy to set up. Easy to use. Ask for the weather or a recipe just name it and she has the answer.

i have an amazon echo already but i have this one in my room. i like that i can control my tv with it . and i like the sound of the speaker better then my first gen echo dot

really enjoy having this little gadget. It has come in handy much more than expected. I don't even look at the outside thermometer anymore

Never had an alexa dot and let me say it is great. Love that you can drop into other echo dots that are connected to the same account.

We got another echo product bc we have loved having the echo as well as the echo show. The echo dot is perfect in our bedroom as it is small and fits on our bedside table perfectly!

The Echo Dot (3rd Gen) works great! The sound is very clear and responds very well to commands. Notifications of Amazon products when delivered, is a great feature.

I love using my Alexa as my home speaker in the home. my guest find it awesome I can put music via speaking to Alexa

This is a great thing to buy, especially for the price! It has great sound and features and its my number 1 music buddy when cleaning and hanging out and having fun! I love it! you will too! :)

this is aa solid product. I have a couple and all operate without issue. sound has good voice clarity. amazon notifications are clear

Works like it should! Also can be amusing. She will tell you the date, weather etc. She will look up things, sing, make animal sounds and more.

This is a good product to connect to different items like your alarm system or anything else you can connect to I recommend it to anybody

Please don't buy the google home. This is so much better in every aspect. The dots UI is better, Alexa actually gives you the results you ask for and it sounds great. GG amazon...gg.

I purchased several of these during the holidays both for myself and to give as gifts for Christmas. The devices are really too small to expect a lot in the way of sound out of them, but they do sound pretty good all things considered. Once multiple Dots are set up as speaker groups in multiple rooms is when they really start sounding better.
