Love the Echo Dot. Easy to connect and use. I use it to control my home speakers, set timers/alarms, and listen to music. Get several for easy multi-room use.

I LOVE my dot! The sound quality is great, for a smaller room. It gives me all the functionality for the regular Echo, but just a more compact version.

It’s small and compact. Does what it needs to do. Can hear my voice from afar and speaker quality is what you pay for. Not out of this world but not the lowest quality.

Great addition to home network. Kids (great grands) can now play music and dance, dance, dance without disturbing me.

What a handy little helper she is! small and easily set up, with tons of helpful hands free options. I was very hesitant about having Alexa active in the house but its great!

Works great. I like the look of this generation over the older ones much better. She never has trouble hearing me. I now have one in every room of my house.

a lot easier if app installed first hard time to find wifi also, but once working its a nice piece of tech very useful, have ROOMBA attached and schedules cleaning appointment times with alexa.

The Echo Dot is perfect for home automation and perfect for kids bedrooms. Pair it with a smart plug and turn on / off a number of devices with ease. “Turn off the bedroom light” Goodnight!

This is a great speaker that I put in my daughter's room. I love that I can orally send messages remotely.

We bought this clock for my husband as a gift. He said he wanted a new alarm clock. The kids decided Dad needed to stay up with technology and needed this personal assistant. It can control the lights and music as well as set individual alarms each morning. It easily recognizes our speech and commands. It can wake up slowly or suddenly. It can play peaceful bedtime sounds to put you to sleep. Sounds of nature are available.

Love getting the daily headlines to catch up with what is going on in the world. Very good sound quality for its size. Can even tell you jokes if you are bored!

Love it. We own 3 echo dots, and an echo show. they are amazing for answering questions, playing music, or even making toot noises.

I honestly cant tell you what the difference is between the last generation other than the very nice new design. This was a gift with a purchase and now i want to replace all of our dots to match!

This dot offers the user the ability to place in locations that the larger standing model cannot. I like this color because it blends in better with our furniture. Great deal.

I gave it 4 stars as I have not really used it as yet. I already have echo dots in each room of my house and this one came bundled with my purchase of the echo show. Never-the-less, I am sure it will deliver the same, if not better performance as my other echo dots. I will come back and update my post as soon as I use it.

I have 2 Alexa devices but this is my first Echo Dot device. It was very easy to setup and use. The speaker has good sound quality.

Bought this for my grandma and she loves it! She just talks to alexa and asks for her favorite music. Easy to install and sync, the sound is really good too.

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas and he like the fact that he can play his music as well as manage his other smart devices.

I am a gadget freak and I love this! So easy to set up and use. Makes automation of small tasks a piece of cake. Add in a few smart plugins etc. and you are ready to rock. Easy Peasy!
