My hubby loved his Christmas present. The music is crisp and sharp. He can listen to sleep music to help him relax and sleep.

Very useful and surprisingly great sound. My mom has one and we use it to communicate to one another as well.

Alexa is great to have around the house. I have it hooked up to smart plugs and thermostat. No issues other than she thinks she hears her name randomly

I bought a 3 piece EERO WiFi system just because I needed it (rather, a freelance client of mine that leans on me to install gadgets for him). I didn’t even know this was offered as a giveaway, I didn’t know the original price or the generation, but I was able to gift it and delight somebody’s day (my client would never use it. And I already have google assistants scattered throughout the house). So kudos to Best Buy for providing good deals and incentives during these trying times. May they prosper long after this pandemic.

...as an 'assistant, ' Alexa doesn't understand me, flashes for messages and notifications when their are none, and doesn't always quit an app on the first or second request. Pairs easily with the Fire tablet. Occasionally loses Wi-Fi, making you have to start process from scratch.

I love Alexa on the Amazon-Echo Dot (3rd Gen)-Charcoal. I can listen to so much music of many genres. I am just having a very musical time. Love it Love it!

I have this on my nightstand, and the speaker is GREAT for such a small little device, much better than the old version! My husband even commented on how good the speaker is, and he's pretty picky. Ha! I use it to "drop in" on the kitchen Alexa to call the kids up or have them do something for me. The alarms and reminders are great, and I love waking up to music instead of a blaring alarm.

I love having Alexa in every room of the house especially since we added her to the garage and the shop we can find each other easily now
