Great quality and for the size is pretty loud. Good to have a few scattered for music and such. The trivia games through Alexa are fun as well.

got this to finish my digital home. just ask Alexa to cut my lights on when I enter my home and light on no more searching for the lamp switch.

People are worried that Alexa is listening in on conversation but oh well. Doesn't bother me. It's nice being able to control devices via speech

Dots are great if you don't need a visual representation of responses. She still gives you everything you need, quickly with a low-profile appearance.

This is a pretty neat thing to have. Just ask it to do anything and it's does. Just wished you didn't need to be plug in the whole time.

Who knew so much stuff could be packed into such a small device. Granted, it doesn't have the knowledge or capabilities than some other more expensive items in this field, it's still enough for people who wish to use this for basic tasks.

... at people who used Alexa. I guess it's because I never had. Of all the consumer-marketed speech recognition I've used recently, she is simply the best. I really want to embrace the Samsung world since I have so much of their stuff, but Bixby just doesn't doesn't know me like Alexa does. Even without Amazon music unlimited, Alexa can usually find some music that doesn't induce nausea (now if my wife could only learn that skill...). I could go on and on, but I can't possibly convince you of how cool this is. Just spend the 40 or 50 bucks and see for yourself.

Very easy to install, almost too easy. Doesn't take up a lot of space, and if you're not using it, you don't even know its there.

Big improvement is sound quality and aesthetics vs the 2 gen and I bought a bunch of them as gifts without any complaints.

We use the "dot" for cooking timing, music and listening to PBS. It takes up little space and can time several events at the same time.
