This is a great small smart speaker. I was just blown away by its sound quality! Moreover, I can use it for pretty much anytime, from reminders to playing music to controlling my lights and cameras around the house etc…

We have like 5 or 6 of these, I lost count!! haha They are perfect size, perfect shape--we love the hockey puck style and will be sad to have to upgrade someday--and they sound great. We have several different colors of them.

Overall I think the echo dot packs a decent punch. I'm aware that a newer generation exists but for the price I couldn't pass this one up. Perfect for an apartment or smaller home, especially if you have more than one. My only complaint would be that I notice sometimes I really have to yell at it to get it's attention.

Never dreamed I'd buy one of these. My daughter has one at school and we had fun with it as a timer, music background, etc. When Best Buy had a sale at Christmas, I couldn't resist and now it is my alarm clock, quiet music at a word and daily news.

Love the Alexa device. Have 4 throughout my house, all linked. Music plays on all making a perfect stereo system. Easy setup for lights, reminders, alarms. Many handy ways to use.

These are nice. The sound quality isnt bad for what they are and how big they are. Really nice price on a promotion and you can hook up more to each other.

I love the echo dot, we have an Alexa in nearly every room in the house! They produce great sound and are small enough they don’t draw much attention- until you hear them. I have grouped them all together to okay throughout the house! Love it!!

I love it. Good sound and plays off of my Amazon account. The easiest way to listen to music I have ever found. No hunting through all the CD's that I no longer have readily available. This is actually my 2nd Echo dot I purchased for my Sister.

Love this device! We have a normal sized Echo in our living room but I purchased this for our bedroom. Amazing sound quality, can set an alarm with it, and it so small it fits better on our nightstand than an alarm clock. Now we are looking at purchasing one for each bedroom in our house.

Okay - so in terms of value, Echo dots (especially on sale) are great. Regardless of price, the Echo Dot serves as a great speaker for any reasonably-sized space. The ability to pair echo dots together is also nice for a pleasant surround sound experience.

once you start using Alexa you will not be disappointed. Just for simple thing like whats the weather, play my favorite music or new channels. Tell me a joke or say good night. I like to group the rooms so I listen when I walk around the house.

I was a little late joining the smart speaker game, but this has been great to set reminders, order products, play music and check in on the kids when not home. I actually just purchased 2 more to use in other rooms.

Amazon echo is a great addition to my household I love that she answers you when you call out to her. She also does what you ask!

Bought 5 total for Christmas presents, They were easy for grandchildren to set up had them working in abut 20 minutes, The boys love the sports, they play he jeopardy and love the music. Best gift I could have bought them, Bought us 2 on3 for the bedroom and one for the den, Love them

I don't go for the larger more expensive versions of this. These work perfectly and I have them placed at various points around the house. I listen to music on mine and it sounds just as good as any cheap bluetooth speaker (IE not a Bose, but it sounds amazing!).

if you have an amazon account, might be worth it. if you have an amazon account and like music to be played by your own voice command, completely worth it. sound is really good for the size. only annoyance is there is no internal battery so no plug, no alexa...

Small but packs power I bought this echo dot to add to my collection to complete an entire music system in my home. I love the ease of setting up to my existing Alexa account its well work the money that I have spent on these wonderful devices.

This is a huge improvement over the 2nd gen. It looks better, feels like it is better constructed and most of all... sounds so much better. It’s much louder then the gen 2. Even worth an upgrade if you can catch it on sale. Mine came free with a blink camera... another amazon product.

Great speaker, excellent sound quality and small enough to keep anywhere in your home. Still learning the features but still highly recommend to anyone who loves listening to music while cooking, crafting, or just cleaning up around the house.
