I purchased this for my daughter and she loves it. She uses it for music and as an alarm for school. The sound is good and she likes the compact size

Sound is great. We use this Dot in a bedroom to turn lights on and off, wake us with an alarm and for playing music. Good product and it was reasonably priced.

Good sound, small package, recognizes voice command, long battery live, portable.

Alexa is the coolest on this device. You can ask her anything and most of the time she has the answer. And she knows all the songs requested. I just love this device.

Compared to the 2nd Gen Echo the 3rd Gen is a major improvement. Better microphone & speaker. Also the 3rd Gen matches the other current Echo’s with the cloth fabric over the speaker.

I happen to think that the smaller size is much more pleasing to the eye and the aesthetic of the room. Beside, I have a great stereo system so I don’t need the bigger model.

Sound is so much better than my old echo dot. It also has the connectivity kinks I was experiencing with the old version worked out.

I have one in every room in my house! It’s definitely a essential! Especially if you have kids! I can drop in on my kids to tell them something or say an announcement all around my house. Its also nice to have a speaker for music in everyroom. We have alexia lights all through our home as well its so convenient to tell alexia to turn lights off and on. I would  definitely recommend.

I have an Echo that covers my livingroom dining room and kitchen area if my house. I got this Echo Dot as an add on to some Hue products I bought from BBY right after Christmas. I have it paired to a soundbar in my bedroom which works great. I can now play music through my sound bar using Alexa and can use this dot to control my other smart devices from my bedroom. The speaker definately isn't as powerful as the Echo but it is still plenty powerful enough for me to speak to and hear responses from my connected bathroom or closet. It was a great way to extend Alexa into another room and I may pick up another one of these for my guest bedroom.

This device was a reasonable price and easy enough fo me to install. Alexa is helpful for music and questions.

Easy to set up. Super useful for weather, as a timer, to play music etc. I have 4 in my home and love to give these as gifts!

Excellent sound. I have an echo and sound is similar. Easy to set up. I like this as I can take it on vacation and hear my music.

We have three full size ones in the house, purchased this one to add to our home gym and it's great. Sound quality is surprisingly good considering how small it is.

I love my Echo Dots. They have great voice and volume. They are easy to install and with the Amazon Alexa app, it is amazing what I can get them to do.

This echo is very nice and fits anywhere in my house and it is very easy to use and I love being able to talk to my echo to turn on the tv

This upgraded Echo is a good option for first time Alexa user's. It is Cheap, smart and best at listening.

Better sound than the older version. Design and looks quite better as well . There's not much appealing in terms of functionality of it as far as the amazon echo dot capability. One good thing about it is I got it on sale so no regrets. Just an addition to many dots that I already owned scattered inside my home .

This echo device has a much nicer speaker than generation one. It is much less crunchy and it is much nicer looking. I even like the shape of the device more than Gen. 1
