A great improvement over the original Echo Dot. Speaker is louder and microphones can hear from further away and seem to mix words up less. Best Buy always seems to have deals so wait for those, I got a free smart light bulb and it was the same price as just the Dot itself from Amazon.

I believe it works better than Google Nest mini, it has accurate answers, skills work faster too, it sounds good according to their size. I would buy another one for a gift.

not too bad of a sound out of a small speaker. but for the price I like it. next time I'll buy the bigger version

I already had a Alexa system in the house, and I got this in addtion for free with my TV purchase. I put it in my office, since I didn't have an Alexa set up in there. Works great and connected right away.

Didn't know I needed her until we got our Echo Dot! She turns our lights on and off, gives us weather updates and funny little jokes. I use her for my shopping list so I can add it as soon as I think of it! Still finding all sorts of fun things. It's so easy, you must try it out!

Our grandson loves to yell at "Lexa" to tell her to stop singing and our newest grandson was put to sleep thanks to Alexa playing lulaby's when he visited

I was in the market for speakers for my patio room. It was suggest I buy this new generation echo. I already have another one. I didnt know you could pair them together to have stereo until the BB sale person told me. It was on sale so I purchased this. I now have stereo in my patio room to any music I want. Sweet!

Alexa tells jokes, turns on lights, sets timers plays music in multiple rooms, tells you the temperature, gives you a weather report, tells you sun rise and sun set times, sets alarms and the longer I have it the more I find it does. What did I ever do before Alexa and the Echo Dot?

This is a great little smart speaker to add to your connected home network. Use it in a bedroom, garage, patio, anyplace you want to have Alexa remind you of something, page your family or play some music.

I love my Alexa. I love listening to music on it. I can ask for the daily. Weather has questions and answers me. It’s just an awesome device to have. I have one and almost every room.

Honestly a cool device to have in your home. You can do so much with Alexa now and new updates release all the time. Id recommend to get one if you want one, Its worth the money. Id also recommend buying the the little plug box thing that comes for alexa, it makes the experience cooler!

My kid wanted an Echo for their birthday, I bought one for him. That lead to liking them so much we've bought6 more and have Alexa all over the house! Great product, I didn't think I'd really use or like it until we tried it. Sounds great as a speaker with Amazon music or Apple Music. Love it!

Its nice and compact. Its has great sound and loud volume with no distortion! Responds great to your voice even from a distant room. There is one thing I dislike and thats the fact that its not battery operated which means you have to have it plugged into the wall every time you use it. If it wasnt for that it wouldve got 5 star rating!

My wife has been moving this around between rooms and using it as a music player. Just hope it’s not listening in and invading our privacy on behalf of anyone. LOL

Bought this because my kiddo was having trouble with his non-stop updating. But, as soon as he figured it out, it moved to the kitchen. Great tool to have and you can listen to your music or podcast with messy hands.
