Love listening to the Country music channel. I have a light bulb that was free with my purchase. So great. I can tell Alexa to turn the lights on before going downstairs. You can get weather and daily news updates while having your morning coffee. Would definitely recommend.

The sound on this echo dot 3rd gen is a huge improvement over the 2nd generation. This version of the dot is the first one I would recommend to someone who is interested in a smart speaker. The new one actually has bass. Very happy with this purchase. A great value for the money. All in all a nice product for the smart home.

I definitely notice a difference in sound quality from older models and competitive products. Just be ready for it to listen and collect data. I am ok with that as it makes for better user experience but can be creepy. This was a free add on item but I have purchased a similar model as a gift.

A nice little speaker that works well for playing music and being connected.

We added 5 Echo Dots around our home. It's a great way to basically add like an intercom system into your home. Way nicer to use these than to just yell around the house for the kids.

I love them, love them, love them. Bought one and after seeing, hearing and learning what it could do, I went out and bought 4 more...have them in most the rooms. What a deal for all the features. And must be simple to set up ....I did it and am not a computer expert at all.

Fourteen year old daughter easily set her device up on her own. Very user friendly, only down fall is some features require higher level of option and pay for options in app for it to be compatible with this device! Other than that, this is great and with it being free with Ring purchase; not much to complain about!!! Lol

The Echo works well and is a good product. Created by Amazon but sold by BestBuy, this one that I purchased was available with same day pick-up, whereas purchasing directly through Amazon it wouldn't be ready for 2 months. And, pricing was better through BB. I would recommend.

Love it. especially at the price. I do have better sounding smart speakers but this is an entry level purchase

It is a device that can be used in many ways. I use it as a computer speaker and mainly as a light switch in the room. And while traveling abroad, it is also used to talk to the children at home. Highly recommend.

I got this for my wife for her birthday & she absolutely loves it. It does so many things. It doubles as a Siri, answers questions, you can tell it to play your music, tells you when the game is on, etc. The #1 feature she loves about it the most is that you can control your Roomba with Alexa. So multifaceted.

We got one of these to augment the Alexa we have had for some years in the family room. Set it up quickly using the Alexa app. Wife wanted to quickly find out the weather before dressing for the day so we got this one to put closer to the dressing area. The music requests also can lighten your day.

I'm constantly amazed at how much Alexa can do. Even the grandkids love it. My 3 year old even likes to pretend that he is Alexa to do things around the house. Of course, he was disappointed when he Alexa couldn't get the Christmas tree out of the garage. He says Alexa can do anything. Maybe someday.

I always liked having an Alexa. Now my dad hates it. Says it’s useless and totally against having anything like that bc if his conspiracy theories. One day I put meditation/sleep music and that knocked him out. Next day I come home and I hear him talking to Alexa. Literally perfect as a “speaker” too.

This little thing sounds awesome!! I bought it for about half of the original selling price and it was a steal! Alexa work, but it could get better. I have a few of this in my living room and set them up in different places to get as best audio as possible. Would recommend, but probably not for more than $40.

These have great sound and are very easy to set up.

Doesn't take a lot of space, and works wonderfully.

Useful to turn off all lights you may forgot to before going to bed. My son plays a music he likes and dances. He sometimes solves a math Hw(?) I heard that “Alexa, what is 7 plus 2?” .... .... I play a music for my dog when I have to leave her alone. So many things you can do with this small dot.

Amazing speaker and great for home use. Love being able to litsen to music and have it do other things around the house.

When we received the Echo Dot as a present, we had no idea what it was. After fooling around with it, we were just overcome with all the stuff it does. We are not technical people, but this thing is really easy to use. And when I told it "good night" last night, Alexa told me, "Good night, Sweet dreams. How cool is that?
