I love love love it!!!! It turns on and off my lights, tells me the weather, plays my music. Only thing i hate about it is it disconnects a lot and it’ll turn my tv off but won’t turn it on even though it’s suppose to. I still love it though

I love being able to ask questions about anything or add items to lists without having to press any buttons. The speaker works really well and love playing musing through this while I’m cooking or just hanging out in the living room with just telling it what kind of music I want to hear.

Easy to connect the Alexa app. You can manage the lights without to get up at night. Weather, news and enteraiment using Alexa. Charcoal color looks elegant in the room! Great price and delivery very fast!

What can I say Alexa never disappoints I really enjoy being able to make commands or simply ask Alexa to do something for me and it is done. Alexa is great just for when you want your favoriting played or want the latest on updates news

This is a great little gadget, it is fun and functional. I know, it is first world problems when you are too lazy to reach for your iPad or laptop to ask Alexa a question. We probably don't use the Dot to its full potential or capacity, but for the small cost paid, I am fine. It is fun and functional...do it!

The sound is loud and very clear! I really enjoy this device so much I got more all over the house. It uses my security cameras as motion detectors and I can hear motion detected what ever the cameras name is. I’m learning all it can do.

I got this smart speaker for free with a purchase for another device and I absolutely love it. I use it to set a time, play music, turn on/off the TV, play games, etc. There is so much this device can do. I would highly recommend it.

I love the convenience of Alexa in our home, with setting alarms to automating the lights. I'm all for making things easier. Purchasing and picking these up from Best Buy was super seamless too.

I never really wanted this. It came free with another purchase, and I probably would never have bought it on my own. That said, I am really impressed with the quality of the voice recognition and the accuracy of its responses. I don't use it often, but it does come in pretty handy at times.

Love it! We have a lot of fun! Lots of jokes, good with music. I will not lie, my technology skills aren’t the best though, which can make understanding what she can do a little difficult. Alexa app could also be clearer. It can be difficult to understand

This is the 2nd Alexa I've gotten. These things have so much uses. I can even use it to ask whoever's in the kitchen, if we need anything else while I'm at the grocery store. We use it to stream amazon music, as a bluetooth speaker, a phone, audiobook, and to hear the news.

Lots of fun beyond the music. Games, alarms, reminders, Echo Dot does it all. Weekly emails keep you posted about different things to try with it. And the music is absolutely tops! Just ask it to play whatever you like and you’re instantly rewarded with good sound.

These things are great. Surprisingly good sound quality. So much more convenient than using a portable bluetooth speaker that requires device syncing and battery charging to listen to music. This thing is always plugged in and all you have to do is ask Alexa to play a song.

Sound is way more louder than the 2nd and I love it. I have to connect the 2nd Gen with a portable speaker to make it sound better but for the 3rd I don’t really need that speaker no more. And also respond faster. Overall, great experience. And last word, Best buy never disappoint me so far. Thanks.

I love it I am not alone at home now. She wakes me up with the news and lets me know if someone is at my door. If I have a question she most of the time has the answer. She controls my lights. I highly recommend

I use my Alexa almost everyday! I love that it’s so easy to turn on and off appliances when I’m doing other things around the house. Only bad thing is if you know someone named “Alexa” it hears it all LOL. But just turn off the listening and you’re all set.

I’m not usually an Alexa kind of guy. I’m more of a google assistant guy. Don’t have anything against it just prefer it. It’s compatible with my Samsung smart things products so it’s getting put to good use with my TVs and lights and other electronic devices I have set up through out the house.

for the price this is really good and i don't have any specific complaints, but in order to use it you need an app. the app takes up a lot of space and its really hard to use. there are also a lot of additional fees that come with this device

I admit I don’t use this probably nearly as much as I could, but I still enjoy having it. If I’d strap down and focus on learning the commands, I could integrate so many other options, but alas I can’t find the time LOL. But it is still a great product and I enjoy it when I do dig around and mess.

Never thought I needed an Echo, but got two as part of a promotion. It is so much fun to ask questions (don't have to search the Internet), play music, be notified when an Amazon package is delivered. I am sure there are probably other things I can do that I have not figured out yet, but it is fun.
