Hey there! I recently picked up the Alexa Echo Dot and I'm loving it. Incredibly useful. It's a compact smart speaker that's great for controlling my smart home devices and getting quick info like the weather forecast. The voice recognition is super accurate and it's super convenient to use. The sound quality is fine, but it's not going to blow you away if you're a serious music listener. All in all, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to add voice control to their home.

It is easy to set up by downloading the Alexa app and also easy to pair with Alexa compatible devices such as smart plugs. I bought this when it’s on sale and it indeed is a great item to buy.

We have several different Amazon Echo units for our family and the latest Echo Dot is a helpful addition to expand where we can use it. Easy setup, good sound, great job doing what it needs to do.

I have one of these in almost every room. Set alarms, ask questions and play music. Just don’t ask Alexa is she’s part of Skynet cause she just shuts off without an answer

The 3rd gen Dot sounds a lot better than the 2nd gen. The device is loud and the sound is richer. Now I want to upgrade my existing 2nd gen devices. Almost too hard to pass up when they are on sale.

I got this free with the purchase of the ring flood light camera. It was easy to setup and connect to my internet. It picks up sound really well and understands commands really well as well.

I love my echo dot. I have four of them and they really help make my life easier. They can control almost everything, lights, locks TV, music, thermostat. It hears you almost all of the time and I've run into very few issues with it overall. I really couldn't ask for a more helpful device. It's even more handy when I found that I could get a battery base for it. The GGMM D3 base that I found lets me carry the alexa dot around pretty much anywhere. I love that I can take it into the bathroom with me and listen to music while I shower or take it outside and listen to music. That's really the only thing I think it was missing.

Love my echo dot. When you play your music it sounds great! I highly recommend it! It also doesn't take up alot of counter space.

Easy to install and nice for security. Have added a second dot in the basement. It is nice to be able to play music on both. You do have to get her attent before you give command. Sometimes she does not understand and babbles. It is also nice to have with plugs and switches in your home that it will operate.

Nice device at a great price. easy to set up. Great add on to your living room, play and enjoy music.

Super easy to set up. need it sometimes in the middle of the night when I can't sleep to play relaxing sounds. Also great to start the day and find out weather and sports scores. Recommend it very much!

For under $30, this smart speaker is great. Sound quality is on par with a speaker system that costs ten times the price and the compact design makes it easy to setup anywhere. Overall great value.

Definitely an improvement from the 1st generation. I like the size and it works with the Bluetooth light.. which was free with purchase..Great volume

Love this little guy. May be slightly difficult to set up, if you're not familiar with the Alexa app. Sounds great. Love the idea of connection multiple size Echo speakers. Wish it had a battery. Think they are available as a secondary purchase. If it did, I'd give 5 stars.
